Pizza Roma in Lincoln

Food is amazing but service is absolutely awful, phone lines off, food has been delayed and ordered 1 hour + ago, happens every time I order from here, no way to contact the restaurant at all and my family is always left starving whilst waiting for them to deliver, would rate 0 stars if the food wasn’t so good

Service is shocking. Delivery really late, can't contact them as the line is always engaged.

I placed an order last Tuesday for £ 10 ..and no one came back instead no one answered the phone number and no money was returned

At first, we were counted for three portions of 19 pounds, when the price of one average kebab was 4.90, then he counted and indicated the amount 15.70I still didn't understand how he thought. Then we waited about 30 minutes for our order in a cold cafe with an open door. Then it turned out that the kebab is not wrapped in pita bread, but simply put on the bread. The chicken was dry, in large chunks, overcooked. When I asked where the lamb was, the men said from below. It turned out to be wrong, but from above it was. In general, everything is terrible. The first and last time there was and the last 2 !!! And while we were waiting for the order, a person came in and also complained that he had not received the order from them.And this is not the first time it happens. I do not recommend this cafe !!!

Never ring or anything to tell you half of what you ordered is missing or ran out just deliver a load of whatever they have and expect u to be happy with it and someone goes without usually fine but defo down hill will be ordering from somewhere else next time happened to many times now

I have never eaten such a delicious pizza as it is made in this pizzeria. And the garlic sauce is perfect. :)

Should be zero stars food was late and to top it off my wife and daughter both have stomach cramps and diarrhea good signs of food poisoning.

Absolutely awful food. Never going again and had the cheek to ring up for £3 delivery

If I could give zero stars I would the service was horrific food was late by 20 mins after being delayed 20 as well then couldn't get hold of them as the phone numbers don't work will not order from here again
