Starbucks in Lincoln

The staff don’t clean the tables, was sat there for an hour seeing people come and go and didn’t see one table cleaned, infact customers had to move old cups from previous out the way themselves…really disgusting sitting at a table of other peoples crumbs

Nice starbucks on the outskirts of lincoln, staff were friendly. Only problem was there was 5 staff behind counter with no customers and a lot of the tables needed clearing

Always drafty and doesn't feel comfortable. Coffee average but we'll over priced it us much nicer to got to Waitrose and get wmquality ethical coffee cheaper. The stars scheme is rubbish as you have to top the card up to pay to get the stamps which us terrible and the only winner is starbucks. Only plus is they are fair trade and un like Costa more ethical with their milk purchases

Asked for coffee without cream, the young man in the window scraped it off the top and added extra milk… what I got was an overpriced cup of milk with a hint of coffee. Not the first time this has happened. If your going to charge £5 for a large coffee you would expect it to taste like coffee.

Called in for a takeaway. Looked like it needed a good clean, dirty floors and debris on tables with Staff stood around doing nothing. When it was my turn to be served the server walked off without explanation to have a chat with someone just leaving me standing there. There was no pleasantries in the language used eg please and thank you or an apology for keeping me waiting...it's a good job I like the coffee!

Came in with no queue, customer service none existent, 4 people just walked past me before I was served. No one said hello. Over charged me and then had to remove the item and refund, yet no apology. I felt like I was an interruption to their day.

I am absolutely freezing. I’ve already asked the staff to turn the air conditioning down (or the heating up) but my hands are ice cold to the point of being really uncomfortable despite wearing a jumper and a scarf.The people next to me were allowing their dog to lick its tackle then put it’s front paws up on the table and lick the table.Really not a good level of service or sanitation here.Coffee’s ok 👍

Only customer on premises, four staff behind the till. Man at till was cleaning and hadn't seen me but three female workers all made eye contact to me but no verbal greeting nor alerted the till operative of my presence. Basic politeness please. More cleaning systematically throughout a shift perhaps. The price paid for this overpriced franchise location, decent deliverence and setting should come.

Took my wife here today to get a quick bite to eat and a drink and didn't realise they don't clean here. We sat at a table with food and crumbs all over the floor some wipes of some description. There was napkins on the floor tables needed cleaning too.Sort it out

Called in for a coffee. Despite not being busy and having seven staff on shift, the service was slow. Maybe staff could spend less time chatting and more time completing orders. Also, none of the available baked good were suitable for my dietary needs.
