Came here afew weeks ago and forgot to write a review, lovely place really enjoyed mocha and swirl bun x customer service with a smile and giggle I do enjoy

Fine place for a drink, free wifi. Clean toilet. Staff were very busy.

Service was very slow even though it wasn't that busy, but once it had been made, my iced blond latte was nice, and the food too.

Very slow service, 4 staff serving late Sunday afternoon, not busy, just over a dozen people in the place, no queue but still took 10 mins to be served the wrong sized drinks, bonus we ordered medium and got large,Only one looked like they knew what they were doing and trying to get orders out in a timely fashion.Black coffee still tastes like burnt beans

I order from here at 10.25 ever 5 minutes I keep getting updates pushing it back its now saying it will be delivered at 11.45 but I highly doubt it will even do this!!! Never experiences as slow and long waiting just for two hot drinks and cookies before ...... will not be ordering from here again 🙄

Lovely friendly staff. Table clean and cleared of early dirties. Busiest one I've been too.

Having visited Smyths it was rude not to pop in. Not hern to Starbucks for a while as the last visit wasn't very nice.The place looked like it had recently been refurbished. Lovely clean tables and floor.Caramel macchiato was lovely as was the croissant. My little one thoroughly enjoyed her brownie.I will visit again.Still second to Costa though but I must I love the caramel macchiato ❤.

got a coffee while i was out and the milk look curdled or was full of limescale but didn’t notice until i was back at my flat when it had settled while i was putting things away and couldnt drink anymore once i noticed. absolutely disgusting, never using again

Visited on a Saturday and was quite busy but not exactly packed. The whole place was very dirty, seats were covered in bits of food and tables equally as bad with empty cups and plates everywhere. Fof the prices they charge would expect far better

Just your average Starbucks. There's an outside part for sitting in Warmer weather. Personally I would recommend going to the ones closer in the city centre as this one seems really far out. Support a local cafe instead.
