Lovely area of Lincoln by the castle, plenty of parking (pay & display) & set in an interesting little building. Excellent service, everyone is really friendly & helpful, & waiting time is minimal; even when busy (which it normally is!). Fantastic coffee & good choice of food- brunch/cakes etc. Well worth a visit.

Bit of an annoying experience really. Seemed confused about their own system. We wanted cold drinks but couldn't see a menu for them & was told to order outside but the person outside was only doing hot drinks. We did eventually get served but it took ages despite there being several members of staff & a quiet cafe. Expensive too. Not sure we'll return.

Milkshakes were very disappointing, no flavour & not cool. Apparently 3 scoops of ice cream were added, I doubt it. Expensive at £3.95 as well. The staff were very apologetic & said they had to follow the recipe given to them.

Very good coffee spot, variety of coffee options and tea as well. Scones were warm with real clotted cream and nice jam.

It is a nice Café but for me the music was unnecessary and the choices would have been more appropriate in a night club. The food and drinks are very good! It is in a lovely place, not near the main road, and a place for children to run around. Also you have a choice of takeaway or stay in.Hope this helps and hope you all can go there to see for yourselves.

We had a Saturday morning full English breakfast. Food was delicious, great choice of options for veggie and non veggie and very nutritious. Staff was pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Relaxed environment it was busy but you wasn't rushed.

We had the afternoon cream tea.We booked in advance, on arrival we were directed to a small table up against a wall. The staff were okay. The food was disappointing. If we'd purchased it as separate items it would have worked out cheaper, my wife has to eat gluten free(not a choice). The choice from the supplied food was quite limited for her.Overall it was dissaponting when it should have been a treat.

Visited 28th Feb for afternoon tea, staff very polite food was good, decor more in keeping with fish restaurant. The environment was made noisy by the staff. Also a member of staff working on a laptop at a neighbouring table discussing business with other members of staff. Not a good environment for afternoon tea.

Amazing Place! They were packed when we visited during the Lincoln Christmas Market. We had to wait 15 mins to be seated, but it was worth the wait. We had the Club sandwich and it was amazing. The best I have ever had. Well worth a visit. Good value too.
