Subway in Lincoln

I ordered from here a week ago and while I enjoyed my food. I deducted two stars because of two simple reasons..1: The staff member who served me was quite pleasant at first but after asking me if I'm local. I told them I was moving to the city and their knowledge of the city is shocking in that they don't even know where Waterside and St Swithin's Church and Square is. Despite being literally next to the college and ring road. I was shocked by their lack of knowledge of the city. Despite asking me if I'm a local. They also stopped really engaging with me which I found quite rude.2: The salad was really bad and the meat was not very pleasent. Also failed to allow me to scan my subcard so I was quite disappointed and offended.So I'll avoid this in future with people who ask if I'm local act local and don't know where the easiest and obvious places are.Sorry but 3/5 from me unless the owners respond to this. Never again.

Location is great. Been going here since I was at college. Could be more seating though. Served quick enough and reasonable service.

To understand the review, the history needs to be known. For several years, closer to 10 I've gone to this store for uni and now at lunch when working. I always have the same Italian BMT. I've never taken the time to leave a review but I've always felt exceptionally fulfilled after each visit. Recently given the online orders and everything else it seems like pandemonium in the store, yet the service and the sarnies are still straight from the top drawer. Keep it up guys and I'm looking forward to the next 10 years together

It was a fairly busy place at the time, being as it was midday. But even then it was a fast service that provides good meals for when you're looking to treat yourself. And for something so busy, the seating was quite generous. It was a very pleasant visit after leaving college for the holidays.
