Great breakfast. Very nice staff. Situated upstairs at Tesco and overlooking the shop. Almost empty. Very good.

Excellent service, excellent food. The Cafe has adjusted during Lockdown, and is pleasant and highly functional. Very reasonable prices and overall Outstanding⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Tesco cafe was lovely if you like drinking your tea and the dark. I checked beforehand, on the website and on the phone that the cafe was open until 7 which it was as long as you don't want to drink your tea tea in in the light after 6 o'clock., serving us with a cup of tea and a can of coke was clearly a big problem to the Girl behind the counter I shan't be going again.

It is a great space to meet and socialise. Would have given 5 stars but this morning the server behind the counter didn't acknowledge me when I went up to the counter, continued to talk with her colleague, complained that she was tired and didn't smile throughout my transaction. Felt very undervalued.

Quite a good range of food to select. Very quick in the serving of the food. Extra help at the counter when busy would be good. Coffee could be a little hotter!

Terrible, but don't blame the staff. We first ate here within 48 hrs of opening, table service, great food, great staff. When we returned a few weeks later it was hotplate service but the quality of the food, staff and surroundings remained high which saw us returned on several occasions. Last visit with the new regime and menu awful. Poor food, poor service, limited menu. Assume it has been taken over by a new catering contractor. Shows that price points are not the only thing you should evaluate when awarding contracts. Probably one of the worst in-store cafes in Lincoln now.

Just wanted a drink, no one was around at first until a girl came out walked straight in front of us without saying anything, went behind counter, slammed a bag of ice down and started slowly making a drink. No, "I'll be right with you", in fact, didn't even look at us. After about 10 minutes of being blatantly ignored, just put our drinks back and left to go get a drink from the main store downstairs.

After having spent 6 hours in the local A&E department, my partner and I were ready for some refreshments, so we went to the nearby Tesco cafe. Unfortunately the service was less than satisfactory. The server, Lydia, had what I can only describe as a ā€˜teenager’ type attitude and was complaining to her colleague about us (because we asked for our cold coffees to be replaced) and the manager Deanna, was very argumentative and opinionated. We will not revisit this cafe.
