Lovely afternoon tea after my daughter’s graduation, such friendly ladies, lovely fresh sandwiches and cakes and the scones were so nice I have had to change my booking a couple of times and it was never a problem. Will definitely return x

Bells is my go-to for hungover Saturdays. You can usually find a table and prices are very reasonable given the location. Scones are fantastic. Coffee is decent. The full English comes with a generous number of accoutrements.

Lovely people, very accommodating. No trip to Lincoln is complete without the tea and scones at this place.

Absolutely loved this tea room. Great location near the top of Steep Hill, very hospitable staff. The food was absolutely wonderful, large portions and well-priced. I had a Lincolnshire sausage bap, my partner a brie panini, whilst we shared some Lincolnshire plumbread. Unhurried service, with a welcoming hello and friendly goodbye. Will definitely come back again if in the area.

Amazing gem at the top of steep hill. Visited many times over the years. Prawn sandwich filled with delicious prawns and had the right amount of sauce with them. Best children's sandwich meal I've ever seen. Presented attractively on a child's place, fruit cut up and perfect portion size. Never have to wait too long for food. Well worth a visit.

Lovely traditional tea house/cafe in a beautiful building on Steep Hill and a stone's throw from the cathedral. Gorgeous cakes and tea selection, great for lunch or afternoon tea. A special thank you to the lovely team who were so kind and warmed us up with tea and cake on the house after we had stopped to help a passer-by who had fallen unwell outside on the street. A really kind thought - thank you so much.
