The Fox and Hounds in Lincoln

First time at this place the food was amazing really well cooked and tasty The children's menu was also great enjoyed by us all and we will be back. We were part of a 8 table food came quickly and really reasonably well priced.

Venue was lovely, and the band was great. The person we spoke to had the attitude of do it/get it yourself when we asked for something like a sauce for our meal. This was our first time here and we didn't know where things were. Also was told the coffee machine was out of order so I asked if they had a kettle for a black coffee, this person said yeah it's behind the bar in the other room and that I could make it myself. Unfortunately didn't get the name.

Visited as a group, we were welcomed and had no problem finding somewhere for our party to sit. It is basic, the choice of wine was red or white however they both tasted OK for the price. We had an enjoyable evening, and would return.

Lovely staff and service. Great meal. Looking forward to taking the son in law to take on the cathedral challenge!

Fabulous Christmas Eve Dinner. Could not fault. Everything cooked to perfection, excellent service and value for money. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend. Thank you 😊

The ladies was lovely and food was very good booked already for New Year eve. Use to go every Sunday for lunch think it will be our place to go again.

Excellent meals here!Good selection of fresh cooked vegetables, and the home made steak pie was very yummy. Desserts are good as well. Everything is reasonably priced.Love this pub for home cooked food.We have never been disappointed with any meal from here, very tasty lovely food.They have welcoming staff, and a nice atmosphere. Lovely family pub, good food, great atmosphere and really friendly and helpful staff. Felt very welcomed and did not leave hungry or disappointed. Would definitely return if we were in the area again.

I come here annually for an event and am never let down by this pub. It’s spacious, with a games area including a pool table and a darts board. Food and drink is reasonably priced, and the bar staff are very friendly and accommodating. Stays open til around 1am on Fridays and Saturdays if it’s busy enough.
