A very warm welcoming family pub caters for all ages. Good level of entertainment good variety of snacks and drink. Land lady is doing a great job in the time she as had the pub she as turned it round 100% not just the inside looks great but the beer garden is well looked after well done the gardener. Must place to visit.

absolutely brilliant time really enjoyed myself. Drinks are reasonably priced, atmosphere great it was Saturday night with live music. I popped in for a quick drink and I ended up staying a few hours.

I grew up in this area a long time ago and the present owners have done a great overall on this old pub. Food here is good beer is cold and their prices are realistic. Had a fantastic night here on 9.6.18 it was a fund raiser for British Hart foundation, great disco, live singer who was amazing, and great to see some old mates. Traditional old pub with great good...what's not to like. Check out their events and get in.
