The Lincoln Grille at the White Hart Hotel in Lincoln

Lovely clean and sparkly resteraunt. Charming staff. The food was al a carte and really nice for my special birthday meal . I would have scored 5 stars but the service was really slow. Maybe not their fault maybe staffing issues but they were clearing tables and setting up for breakfast instead of coming to see if we wanted dessert which we did but lost the will to live at this stage. Maybe attention to diners instead of sorting tables

The staff were so attentive and friendly, without being overbearing. Meal was amazing.. lovely setting too.

The food is divine! I had goats cheese starter, and braised beef main, just ice cream for pudding. A good selection for all available. You will have to book for a Saturday evening. Book early to choose where you want to sit, as sitting in the middle of the restaurant is not ideal, people come past you on the way to toilets. Only thing that let this down was the service. Not enough staff for them to be the right kind of attentive. If they sort that out then I would give 5 stars. Heres a picture of my partners pudding

Good food 3/10But Christmas lunch started at 13:00 and finished at 16:00 it should not take 3 HOURS. As well HALF AN HOUR for 1 drink!Food not what was ordered and heavily understand waiters and waitresses!

Little bit slow on bringing the food out but it was Christmas and busy so we will let you off ☺️ thanks for a good meal. All the best for the new year.

Fabulous evening dinner very relaxing experience with a brand new menu

Started off with pre-appetizer of marinated olives, green and flavorful. Appetizer was citrus cured smoked salmon and was a wonderful start to the meal. For entrees my partner and I ordered the ribeye and cod loin. Both were very well presented, but the cod lacked a bit of flavor. Will go back for another dinner.

Popped in for lunch today. We both had the Grille Beef Burger and it was fantastic. One of the best burgers we've ever had. We chose the brownie for desert to take advantage of the set course meal, which was also delicious. Would definitely visit again. The staff were also great and very welcoming, particularly the manager. Couldn't fault it.

Went for lunch 11/9/20 - - waited about 5 mins for anyone to appear - - took temp but no sanitiser in sight -- a bit disappointed as server dressed a bit too casual -- didn't do the lunch set meal 3 course for £15 which we always have - nice meal my mum had sorbet as usual but instead of it being crisp and hard it was soft and glupy so not eaten so a waste of over £5-- server was having a bad day dropped a load of plates twice but was out of sight so could just hear the crashing !! 1st meal out with my mum and nephew due to virus- but not up to usual standard so a bit of a disappointment
