I wish they would do this weather spoons up. It’s in such a great location on the Brayford which is lovely in summer but very boring inside & I have been in a lot in other cities & Had better meals in other spoons. To make it worse is & the reason I decided to even review it more than anything is Over this Easter weekend I was in & asked for some strawberries in my pink gin . Only raspberries left which was fine but the girl serving literally picked them up held them obviously to tight in her hand & dropped them in my drink even crushing some that the juice ran from her hand into my glass & then wondered why I had a problem with what she had done ! & why I refused to except the drink ! No utensil of any type to pick them up or latex gloves even! Which what most pubs use at least . Total Lack of common sense never mind Food hygiene & especially during this covid time. She made another drink but with attitude! No fruit & she used & squeezed out the life of the last lot . Bar staff need training a bit more on customer service .

We got here at 11.35am so missed the breakfast menu by 5mins.We asked for toast instead of chips with the all-day brunch(which is exactly the same as a breakfast haha). This was too much of an ask for some bizarre reason..?The chicken and bacon salad was OK, quality of the chicken was questionable.Good location.Good coffee re-fills.Cheap.

Really not good. The staff are doing their best but its just a shambles. Our breakfast took half an hour and when it arrived, the eggs had been under the hot light for so long they were like rubber. I ate them, as I was hungry and no one was available, but it was terrible. We went to harvester next door the day after and it was much better.

Nice looking place but the large breakfast was very poor! Eggs seemed to have a melted plastic film over it. Sausages looked like yesterday's food. Black pudding was dry and the toast was burnt on one side. Hopefully this was just a off morning. Sorry!

Called in before heading home on the train for breakfast but we were just too late at 11.40am so decided to have early lunch instead. Thought the deal was value for money but food nothing amazing.

Third time in here with my husband. Lovely view. Staff attentive and friendly. Food good. Good value. Will return.

It’s a very busy pub on a Friday night, which is not surprising considering the location, but don’t go expecting it to be the typical quite experience for a Wetherspoons. The tables outside overlooking the marina are nice and there’s a very small upstairs seating area inside. It doesn’t feel like there’s enough staff working for the crowds though, as tables rarely got cleared of glasses, plus bizarrely when serving food empty plates were never taken away. But compared to the nearby alternatives it’s a very affordable option.

Went out with the lads and I can't complain; all the food is orderable from an App and it's certainly swift. Seemed rather busy but we still had decent service;I have included some of the graffiti from the men's bathroom.
