The Taste in Lincoln

Came here for a birthday lunch, left pleased and satisfied. Food was very good, Tasty and succulent. A great selection and the hash browns, much better then Yo-Yo’s, this is how you do an oriental buffet. Healthy and sweet options were top class, staff were really good and even offered us mints. That could either be a nice gesture or a horrible compliment, overall I will be returning and recommend to the people of Lincolnshire.

First visit here and will not be the last. A very clean and airy restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was plentiful and delicious.

Went in today as I usually do with my sister every Sunday. We had a loyalty card and had it been stamped today it would would have been full resulting in a free meal. Krystyna was very rude and said the card had stopped. Surely they would honour cards already in use? There was no need for Krystyna to be so rude and we certainly won’t be going there again. Well done Krystyna you’ve just lost 2 customers.

Two of us went for a weekday lunch. Good selection of food and plenty of it. Staff were courteous, polite, attentive and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

Great choice of excellent food. Muscles, king prawns, crispy beef etc. It's the best Chinese buffet we have been to. Highly recommended.

This place is really worth a punt! Get in on a Saturday (latest) 4-30 PM & you save around £4 > £5 a person. Wine u2s reasonably priced too! Bill x4 persons (remember, as much as you can eat, inc desserts!!) + a round of drinks, Saturday entering before 4-30 PM ; expect to pay around £48 > £52 and soft drink 'bottomless' drinks at £3. Yummy😉

Some of the food is pretty good but most of it is bad, the buffet is £7.50 which is a good price before you take into account the food quality. The restaurant is basically empty even at peak hours and some of the deserts are ok. They left the ice cream spoon in dirty water next to the ice cream (you are meant to use it to scoop it out).

Avoid this restaurant. It was awful. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day here. Some of the food was dryer than Gandis flip flop. The food was bland. Lots of items where not available. Picked 2 cakes both where frozen. The straw erry cheese cake was taken away and brought back after it had been blasted in the microwave. The chocolate fountain looked limp and was not working.

Had a lovely meal here whilst staying the night at Lincoln. Such a lovely warm welcome from Tai which continued throughout the whole experience couldn’t recommend his service more! Food was fantastic, suited mine, my children’s and my vegetarian wife’s needs.A fantastic experience and should we ever return to Lincoln this will be our first choice to eat.
