2nd time IV been in here in a week. Today went in young woman propped up the till didn't move at all to serve me. Asked her if the scones where cheese scones . very abruptly she said NO so asked her if she had any in the back she Said NO still propping up the till... So I had a coffee struck up a conversation with other costomer she said same she was having a breakdown At ÂŁ10 a breakfast there was no sausage what is all that all about..sort the cafe out or you will be loosing even more customers.. it used to be packed. Twice in a week it was empty apart from the lady I was talking to and a nothing man..

Overcooked Panini, burnt & crispy with hardly any filling.,think your kitchen staff need retraining!. Won't be revisting.

Absolutely brilliant! My friend and I came for a Birthday afternoon tea today and Shaun and Casey went out of their way to make it very special. We had banners, balloons and the most beautiful sandwiches, cakes and scones. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

Really nice and pleasant café to pass the time in. Staff are really friendly and greet you with a smile, and the food is lovely too and reasonably priced considering House of Fraser is a posh store. Drinks are reasonably priced too the pot of tea for one is nice. Will definitely call again.

Nice place to visit and good choice of cakes and snacks. We visited on a Saturday and it was very busy so a bit difficult to find a seat, would definitely return again

My husband and I eat here regularly. The food is excellent, with plenty of choice. We can’t speak highly enough of the staff, everyone is so friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. There are so many cafe’s in Lincoln, but the Wild Mint definitely has the edge.Betty and John Kelly,
