Babushka Russian & European Deli in Mansfield

I notice the cost is a lot higher than anticipated. i understand its bringing the tastes from home for people that now live in the uk, and proberbly they dont mind the extra cost for food they love. but it's a big difference if you ask me.

Ok selection, too many substitutes, one product arrived spoiled but no offer of exchange or refund b/c you have to inform (and send pics!) within 7 days, so don’t take chances with anything you don’t plan to consume within a week. Or better still just look elsewhere, plenty of choices around greater London, and most have websites.

Ordered online and got delivered just on two days. Even ice didn't manage to melt in package. All fresh and neatly wrapped. Highly recommend to use this shop.

Lovely shop with nice variety of Eastern European snacks to try whether you know the snacks you want to order, or want to experiment and try something new ! Never had any issues and arrives very fast and packaged nicely. Owners are responsive and friendlyPirozhki was fresh and lovely !

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was in rush to order some beer snacks for bank holiday weekend and called to find out if I can get it next day. DPD van was just abbout to arrive and we quickly sorted payment and lady on a phone prepared my order. I received it today even earlier than expected!

Great online shop with big range of products. But...there is a huge but! I have been trying to order lots of stuff for other people: my family and my friends using my partners card. Because there is a mismatch between billing and delivery address I was not allowed to make a purchase worth more than £100. No problem there, I got same products from another online shop who had no problem accepting my card etc. Looks like huge companies like Amazon and Ebay don't compare themselves to MI6 and do worry about 'security' slightly less than Babushka Deli. Shame on them? Good luck guys ;)
