Badger Box in Mansfield

Went on a Wednesday, 16 wings for a fiver!! Great to share with my son. Great value 👏 Had the 16 oz Steak, it was perfection, son was happy with his chicken burger. Don't eat out often, but with this value, might be persuaded to do it more often.

Food took forever to come out (almost a hour) . Then when the first dish came out we had to tell our son to stop eating it as the others didn't come out for another 5 or so minutes , when the server eventually brought the rest of our food out she said , sorry for the wait but we've been serving a big table!Other people around us where sitting down and having there food and leaving before we even got our food served !And the wait wasn't even worth it ... The food was "meh" at best .

Portion size wasnt the best! Fully loaded was served in what looked like a cereal bowl also with no garnish

Ordered food to be told they had sold out of my selection. I tried to order something else to be told that was off the menu, too. 3rd time was lucky, I ended up with a burger that was tastey but not quite what I was in the mood for.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Cheerful staff. Clean tables. And plenty of tables to choose from. We were there on a Sunday evening after 6pm.

Absolutely freezing as the heating "had broke" sat with coats on. Waited a hour for our food, my son ordered their chicken mix and this was the "10 chicken nuggets" he received. 5 pieces of over cooked god knows what.

Went on Saturday. Had another lovely meal . Staff all very friendly. It was busy but the food came quickly and all freshly cooked . Will be visiting again soon definitely

Been forever since I've been this pub/restaurant. What can I say, absolutely fantastic place. Great, friendly, local vibe going on that you don't very often get in many pubs now. Staff were super speedy and polite with service. The big seller for me with this place is the food!! Wow, great food, great prices and gigantic portions. Unless you've been living in the Gobi for a month, you'll struggle to eat the lot. Plenty of well spaced seating, plenty of light flooding in, extremely clean. Lots of parking and a great beer garden at the back. It may not be gourmet but what it offers is good old service with good honest food. Highly recommend the place but you may struggle to find a table at busy periods.

We went there for family dinner, got our table reserved with nice view on main corner. Service from staff was over the expectation, first time been served with such a great atmosphere A+. Food came really fast and was deliciously, steak cooked perfectly, chicken breast nicely grilled but juicy inside 👌 no dry like shoe sole in some places. Highly recommended!!!

HUGE menu and v reasonably priced. My companion attempted the chip loaf challenge.... to no avail but it was fun to watch. The servers were fast, efficient and friendly
