Blue Chilli Thai Restaurant in Mansfield

It's good, but not great. The food was fresh and tasty, but looks to have been westernised to cater for the locals. Good to see that it survived covid. Needs to bring back some of the raw, fresh chilli Thai street food appeal.

Lovely food the king prawn curry had 10 prawns in it,not like some full of cheap filler(onion or potatoes)Constant stream of diners shows how good this place is,service is excellent and the dining room is really small which makes for a nice atmosphere, definitely going back.

Went in as part of a large party, took an hour to get our food out. My main issue is the small portion of food ypu get for the price, my meal 1 small chicken piece hidden in a huge salad. Chips were a reasonable portion. My cola was £3 and barley more than 200ml.

It was very busy as there was a theatre group in but the staff were efficient and calm and we ha da great meal .

I was hoping to leave a more deserving review as i love Thailand, its culture, the people and its amazing food. Its called the land of smiles, i however was not smiling. I was honestly unbelievably dissapointed with our order.How can you mess phad thai up? It had one consistent flavour... burnt!Ordered thai crackers... i recieved a small bag of mixed prawn crackers that cost me £3... free with a chinese! The sticky rice £6 and was a childs portion!Ive visited Thailand many times and have never ate this poor standard of food whilst there!I'm sorry but i will not be ordering from you again...

We had the "Set meal A" tonight and it was delicious. It has a varied starter and three different courses for the main. The food tastes fresh and spicy and is well balanced with the flavour. Definitely worth a visit.

I've been here a number of times at lunchtime. I always partake in the lunch menu where you get a starter and main for £9.95 and it's worth every penny.The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is amazing, even my fussy husband loves it here.I just love the tempura prawns for starter and the hot basil leaves curry is wonderful, quite spicy but very flavourful, it comes with sticky rice and I love it, I normally hate stodgy rice but this is perfect.Can't recommend this place enough.Also the banana dessert is *chefs kiss*
