Lovely warm welcome from the staff and owner. Food was really good, great prices and good wine too! What a fab little gem in Mansfield.

Another amazing meal at Brititalia. This was our 4th visit in the last 12 months, I've had a different meal each time and cannot choose a favorite. Romany, the owner and chef was very attentive without being ott. Highly recommended.

Food was awful, ‘homemade bread’ for starters was defiantly a loaf of bread cut into squares from Tesco! Which we had to wait 20 minutes for. What a joke - we had carbonara, the sauce was so watery, the ‘pancetta’ was bacon shoved in the corner of the bowl and it was overpowered by garlic that’s all you could taste nothing else! Just not a carbonara at all!!The chef offered to change it but the food was so disappointing I didn’t want to eat anything else! Asked for the bill and the carbonara was still on there! as a chef/owner knowing the food was hardly eaten you expect it to be removed from the bill - we had to argue back about it being removed!

Found this place by chance. The food was lovely especially the Chicken Calzone. Lovey wine too. The proprietor was very friendly. Would go again.

A lovely little find. We aren't local, but went before going to the theatre, we booked online and had a quick response. A very warm welcome from staff, food and service was excellent. A small family run restaurant with great food.

We had a lovely time at Britalia, thank you to the team there who were welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious! A lovely local independent restaurant.

Lovely food, very friendly staff I think the owner is the chef really nice guy and can certainly cook very nice first time visit and can't wait for next time

Our third visit this year and as good as ever. Lovely welcome from our waitress, who may have been the owners daughter, and fantastic service throughout. The food was fantastic and the portions generous.Can't wait to return.

Went last night with two friends. The staff were lovely and very friendly. We had the olives, mixed platter and prawns for starters. Lovely.For mains I had the lobster ravioli and it was gorgeous! Cooked to perfection, a nice bite to the pasta and very generously filled. Friends had marinara and mushroom orzo, and thoroughly enjoyed them. I snaffled a bit of mushroom and it was very good. Everything is very reasonably priced and very good value, well worth a visit
