Burger King in Mansfield

Losing patience with this place. The staff clearly couldn’t give a toss about getting orders correct. I order through JustEat fairly regularly and approximately 90% of the time, something is wrong with the order, usually items missing. Getting really fed up of having to submit refund requests. Mansfield branch desperately needs sorting out, I suggest clear house and start again with employees who actually care instead of employing teenagers with bad attitudes just because they are cheap labour!

It's a burger king, not much else to say, free 2hr parking and a drive through option. The ice cream machine was working so that's a good thing. Staff were really friendly and helpful, even labelled which coffee was which without us having to ask which was nice.

The burgers have definitely gotten better compared to what they used to be but i can't get over them not selling any coffee drinks.

Horrible customer service. Me and the delivery guy were standing waiting for 5 whole minutes because the front staff were too busy chatting to kitchen staff leaning over the heating shelf’s catching up on the anthems of the weekend. Definitely don’t recommend this place 👎🏻

Used the Drive thru next to Pride Park in Derby. Despite no one being in the restaurant or being in front of me and ordering two meals we were directed to wait in a parking bay.After 5 minutes or so we had one of the servers come out with our meals, without drinks. I asked where our drinks were and the chap said he hadn’t been given any and shrugged. I then asked for my drinks so he informed me gruffly that he would have to go back in to get them.He did, obviously, but he certainly wasn’t happy about it.The food was good. The chips were cooked perfectly and the Double Bacon Cheeseburger XL was great. Worth the 5 min wait.All in all, food good, service turbo rubbish.

Decent food. Slow service. Chicken tasted like it had been fried in old oil, but still tasty when you ate it with the other ingredients in the burger as opposed to on its own.

We ordered a chicken royal meal which took a long time to be done. Then when it was ready came out stone cold. Fizzy drink was more water than coke. Staff didn't want to know. Won't be going back to mansfield burger king rubbish.

Whopper was nice and fresh, chilli cheese bites was piping hot. Absolutely spot on 🤙👍

Made an order specifically stating I am allergic to cheese and NOT to put on. So what did they do? Put cheese on and then I have an allergic reaction as I trust the people that are employed to make the food I have ordered. I paid 9 quid for something I couldn't eat and had a reaction to. No one is answering the phone so I can't complain. There will be a refund given and more. This is NOT acceptable. I will be taking this further if no-one contacts me

I don't think I've ever had a correct order from his place. Today I recieved onion rings instead of chicken nuggets, this for a kids meal. I got an americano coffee instead of cappuccino. I didn't open the meals until I got home. The high amount of salt in my meal made me feel sick for hours afterwards. Seriously bad.
