Costa Coffee in Mansfield

Ridiculously inefficient, I waited over 20 minutes just to get to the point of ordering then a further 8 minutes to get my coffee. 4 staff, two didn’t know what they were doing

Service was VERY slow queued for 25 minutes to be served .Staff was very polite and helpful. Needs to be looked at

Slow service, won’t serve me coffee as I have no proof of age, dirty restaurant and frappes are more expensive than a glass of wine at The Shard.

Clean with friendly staff. Tables cleared quite promptly

Not a bad Costa. Location is just off the square, and there's a decent amount of seating.It's frustrating how long it takes to get served however, and they'd definitely benefit from more staff.In addition, I felt the place would be far better with improved lighting. It seemed rather dark, whereas brighter lighting would make it more welcoming.

Always get a good Soya Latte at Costa the Vegan Bacon Cob was good as well

Shop was a little untidy but mostly OK. Some litter on the floor near the entrance and the counter screens a little battered. Slightly worse than average. Visited mid week am and the shop was relatively quiet. Only 2 in the queue. Had the usual latte. Have to walk to this store as it's in the pedestrian area. Varied seating and all well spaced out. Shop is long with a small frontage so the rear seating is cosy and warm but very little natural lighting.

Disgustingly overpriced (as are all Costa coffees!!!) Far to expensive. Get cheaper priced food and much cheaper priced better coffee at my local McDonald's than this place!!! Why are sandwiches so overpriced for a piece of ham, cheese & bread. RIP OFF & Shameful! It costa too much goodbye, never again!!

They mixed up orders, happened twice now. Ordered regular cappuccino and large cappuccino triple shot. They did it other way round. There was no one in the shop waiting, so it's not because they were in a rush or anything. Just wanted a nice coffee for me and my colleague at our break. We definitely were both disappointed.

Delicious coffee in a filthy place. Barristers in Costa know how to prepare excellent coffee. It is a shame dirty dishes stay on the tables for hours. Nobody bothers to clean up even if it is not a busy time for the staff.
