Golden Eagle in Mansfield

What a fab meal!!! Pizza, curry and burger all done within 10 minutes and to perfection. Really polite staff especially Holly who was helpful and friendly. Had to look twice when I saw the advertised price until I realised it was 2 for 1 so all in all around £8.00 a meal...... BARGAIN!!! Well done to the team, a fantastic experience and good 5ime had!!!

I’ve visited the Golden Eagle on a few occasions every visit is faultless. The food , drink perfect. The staff very polite. The venue itself is clean inviting and cosy. Thank you keep up the good work.

I regularly eat out at the Golden Eagle and I love it! The staff are super friendly, especially Claire, Vicky, Liam and Grant! The food always tastes great, comes out quickly and they have a good selection of drinks. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent meal out!

We had a small celebration for our daughters 26th Birthday. Have dined with yourselves a few times before. Staff pleasant and welcoming. Food hot and arrived in good time. Pub nice and warm and not too noisy.

Really really enjoyed the food,was great went at best time not being busy, food took abit but the wait was well worth it because it was nice and fresh, to be honest think it seemed ages because it was quite and we was starving. Made a nice change getting out. Looking forward to going again some time in next month or so.

Vicky served us, she went above & beyond to make my birthday special. I’d taken a cake in that morning. Arrived for our meal she said how different I looked from earlier I looked beautiful😊She even put candles on my cake, she was jolly,friendly,lovely. Top that my steak was cooked to perfection, All 7 of us enjoyed our food, Thank you

You get what you pay for at a marsdons pub so I never enter with high expectations.I have marked the golden Eagle down one star because my burger and my wife's poppadoms where way to greasey, my wife had to ask 3 times to receive a glass of water and my beer didn't quite taste right.Other than that the place was clean, the staff are friendly and the overall service was good, I also enjoyed my nachos and chocolate sundae.We will likely return at some point in the future for a quick low costing dinner.

We all enjoy our food, they are delicious. The chips are so nice and crispy! We can't find any fault with the food we had. The service is good as well! Will definitely come back again

As always it was spotlessly clean, the staff are all friendly and attentive. It is Covid safe and they are keen to reassure those who are nervous about eating out in these difficult times. Tables are well spaced and wiped down for each customer, menus are single use. Nothing is too much trouble, the food is excellent and plentiful. Since discovering it a couple of years ago it has become our go to. Highly recommend and all my family and friends now visit too!
