Kashmir Spices in Mansfield

Honestly don’t know where to begin.Had a curry lastnight and it was so tasteless. The chicken tasted old and the rice was hard. My partner had a rogan josh and his been ill since being sick. I had a tikka masala and it had no spices in whatsoever for some reason it just tasted like flour. Ide have made a better one if Ide made it out a jar. 👎🏼

Seven of us went for a family meal sat inside the restaurant this evening. The food was really tasty, really fresh and piping hot, we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The honey nans, chicken pakoras and karahi is to die for.With it being a sunday evening it was quiet in the restaurant but that was to our advantage as we felt like we had private dining!The service was very attentive and we felt very looked after, couldnt fault a thing.Thanks for such a lovely evening, we will be back.

The food is delicious and the prices are unbelievably good! We'll definitely be ordering from here again.

Food arrived pizza hot but tasted of dirty oil and hardly any meat on chips cold and like rubber then when told the restaurant they expected us to go collect another one even though we had paid for delivery there excuse was the delivery driver said it was hot when delivered how did they no did they open the food up never order from these again then they rang to tell me there fetching the old food lol

I’ll start with the good point.Good delivery time.Food was awful, didn’t even eat it. Ate one mouth full and left the rest. Rice was stodgy, meat was tough and chewy and dry. Naan was burnt.Awful!

We ate in, as soon as we sat down, we were brought out some poppadoms which we didn't order so assumed they were complimentary but they were added to our bill (£2.70).I ordered chicken tikka masala which was runny, didn't taste right and didn't have much chicken in it.It was also priced at £14.95 on the menu but our bill said £17.95.Our first experience will be our last which is a shame.

Wow, amazing food! Great portions for such little price. Staff are very polite and very well mannered , I cant think of one fault. Definite RECCOMEND

Such a shame the manager of this company is so very rude with no customer service skills, me and my wife ordered 2 pizza's. They were so disgusting my wife call and asked for a refund. Instead they tried to pressure us into ordering something else and he was very pushy about it. However my wife remained calm and demanded the refund eventually he gave in, however it didn't stop there when the driver returned our money they had taken out £3.00 for delivery. My wife then called again and she was just met with a very aggressive man shouting down the phone to her.I'm shocked and can't believe the extremely poor service she received. I would urge you to not order from this place at very best you will receive a poor meal and I dare you to complain about it.DISGUSTED!!

We just had a lovely meal here. Very friendly fast sevice. Food very tasty. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. Cheers
