KFC in Mansfield

I bought 4 hot wings and 2 daredevil bites came to 5.96. I gave £6 and the staff told me haven't got a 4p change!!? How can you run a big chain store like KFC and not have any small change for customers??

This Kentucky outlet is the best around by far. Service was OK, but the food was very well prepared, and fresh, even though it was quite late. I do not go to any other outlet now.

How poor is this branch ? No hot drinks AGAIN. No Baked beans this time either. No serviettes or hand wipes. One box was covered in tomato sauce and the split sauce sachet then fell off of the box onto my jacket leaving a nice stain.They also used the wrong sized tops on the daredevil bites which were fitted upside down and taped on !!Get a grip folks. Absurd lack of attention to detail and customer service.

Called here for lunch and whilst waiting to pay we saw staff wearing no PPE or facemasks, one staff member imparticular had a vigorous cough and walked through the kitchen were food was being dished up and prepared whilst coughing. Not been here for a very long time and now I'm in no rush to return :(

the stuff i rude i ordered take away they put my order eat in when i told them that was take away they threw the food inside a bag touching all the fries with the hands no gloves no nothing put them upsidedown and the sandwiches which they put inside were wrong .Were not what i ordered and this was an 40 min waiting. i will never again go back there.

Was frezzing cold inside the shop that was the start, when the food came.it was discusting,the chicken looked raw there was no coating on it just horrible skin that looked uncooked, it was changed for some more, but that didnt look too good aswell, so it was taken home for the dog,after pulling it apart for the dog,im so glad i didnt eat any off it because it wasnt cooked and still raw inside. Discusting food,staff didnt seem bothered about the badly cooked food !! and a frezzing cold dinning area.no wonder it was empty

I would love to give no starts at all! Every time I order food from this restaurant something ALWAYS missing - drinks, spicy chicken wings, extra zinger, dips etc. Last time I have ordered 20 wings, ice cream, and a rice box with extra zinger, what I got - 17 wings and rice box with no extra zinger, besides, they ran out of ice cream so decided to replace it with a drink (but at least this time they told me that there was no ice cream left as usually they just leave as it is ignoring the fact that I paid for it!). I will never ever order anything from KFC and will share it on media. This is a joke! KFC owners should start paying decent salaries for their employees as obviously their employees don’t even bother to count til 10 and make sure the correct order being given to the customer!!!

Went on a Friday evening and it was absolutely freezing inside.Half the tables had trays of half eaten food and rubbish and there was food and rubbish all over the floor.4 women behind the counter seemed more interested in chatting and flirting with the Uber/just eat drivers than bothering to clean up.Asked for napkins and was given the roughest paper towel known to man. I reckon you could skin a cat with it.Food was okay but couldn't enjoy it because we were shivering in our coats trying to eat it!

I'm not a moaner and I appreciate its the festive season. Myself, my wife and my daughter went to KFC for a quick bite to eat as we couldn't be bothered to cook. The place was practically empty as you would expect with it being Boxing Day. However, you would expect the staff to be more attentive as there is less customers to cater for. We ordered a meal each and were told that there was only cans of drink available as they had no cups. Not acceptable in my opinion. We paid cash for the meals which came to £21.96 and we handed over £25. £3.04 pence change was due to which we were told we haven't got the 4 p change so will you just accept the £3. Again, unacceptable in my opinion. We went to sit down to wait for our meal to be ready and had to clean our own table. I actually had to go and ask for a cloth and some spray to clean the table as it was dirty. All the other tables appeared to be the same. Unacceptable. There were 2 bags of rubbish inside the entrance doors which should have been taken straight out to the bins but instead were left in full view of anyone that visits the restaurant. Again, unacceptable. My final observation is that the staff seem to have an average age of about 19. There doesn't appear to be any mature management or leadership and this shows in the fact that the staff all just seem to be stood around laughing, joking and swearing. Again, unacceptable in my humble opinion. I long for a return to the days when staff wanted to work for a decent wage but I fear that will never again be the case as companies are now only interested in profits above everything else. This is the last time I will be visiting KFC Mansfield and in future will venture out further to, hopefully, have a better experience.

Just ordered variety meal around 19:45 13/08/2021 rushing to watch the game. Got home 8 spicy wings missing. Note: My wife passed by from work told the manager and she offered us a bucket of wings straight away any day because they had closed and cleared all the food. Thanks
