mcdonalds restaurants ltd in Mansfield

Disappointed food cold and milk shake warm. The milkshake must have been sat out for some time. Told manager on the way out but was told I should have just returned the items and they would have been replaced. Easy to say when everyone else is halfway through the meal. Don't fancy eating on my own and we were in a hurry ... hence why I ate my food.

It's pretty hit and miss if you customise an order and they get it right or not - especially for home delivery.The staff are generally nice but I avoid going here if I can as it's an absolute nightmare trying to get out sometimes. It can easily take 10 mins of not more, by which time your food is stone cold when you ge it home (this applies to delivery too).

Marny was an excellent staff member, my order was served wrong but she completely fixed it. Give her a promotion someone.Food was good

Yeah it's alrate. I wish the delivery drivers had a different place to collect from tho. Staff all seem to mostly be working here which makes a change compared to other local makkiez.

Clearly see my order was placed..a single hot chocolate..not hard...after seeing all the other orders go...I hung on...and on..and on...you get the picture..as below..the lady in white said "should not take to long" ok I said...then she took all the ( collect now numbers ) of the screen..hmm....10 minutes later I asked my my COLD CHOCOLATE IS...they looked at me as if I was something you stand on...looked at my number..then rushed to get me a HOT chocolate..but no Apology..so if you expect fast food/drink/Apology..forget it...you might as well go on any app...and order cos it definitely be quicker then just calling in...

Ordered via click and collect as queues for both dine in and drive through were massive, after 25 minutes of sitting and waiting my food never arrived, I went in to check and my order had gone somewhere but not to me, no apology or quick resolution so left without my food

Disgusting food is always cold always forget to put stuff in ur oder always forgetting things and its annoying because when you order u expect all your food so some one isn't without not be ordering again sick of this always a regular occurance you either need to get ur staff together and ensure they are trained on how to check a bag before leaving the store or get new staff u also need to ensure your food isn't stale and cold because this is also a regular occurance hope u all feel happy that u leave people with out food and then give a refund that takes 3 to 5 working days to go back in so u make it Impossible to re order

The MDs at Mansfield leisure park is way ahead of those others in the area. The staff are very well trained, polite and conscientious. The lady that dealt with our mis order (our fault) was lovely (small lady) and the lady cleaning (dark haired) was very thorough. Thank you

3 times in a row send me either someone's else's order or simply nothing and then I also don't get a refund from just-eats... embaressing. I called them 100 times, no answer, I called another Mcdonald's, that Mcdonald's said it's not their problem they can't help, it's absolutely insane... I am done with this, totally done.

Got order wrong gave our order to car infront then got to window was told to reverse back and order again despite care queuing behind us and was spoken to by 2 members of staff and the manger like we was to blame and was given abuse about it too!! avoid staff are rude and incompetent
