Meden Vale Plaice Limited in Mansfield

Not again been a regular customer but never again!! Got a order tonight and chicken and onion rings was fine.. the pizza was a absolute mess when it arrived like it been dropped.. called restaurant and they laughed about it before offering to replace it.. no customer service skills.. sent out a replacement and I had to tell deliver driver to leave my property his attitude was disgusting looked at the mangled pizza and threw it on the grass before getting new one out his bag at that point I said leave NOW! really not happy with the customer service with this place a shame really has only chip shop in meden vale and you think they would give 10/10 to ensure customer keep coming back.

Staff always friendly but only been in about 4 times and id say 3 of them 4 the food was either very undercooked or greasy and not too nice. That could do with improving but yeah. Not terrible.

Great customer service on the phone, order received was 100% accurate, food delicious and delivery person was very pleasant and polite. Delivered in a very timely manner. Recommended.

Disgusting customer service!! Sent out the wrong pizza, when called to make them aware they call you a lier argue with you tell you that you have to pay again to get what you ordered, this has happened to me twice now both times got attitude down the phone, I will not be using this place again horrid customer experience.

fish and chips are really good and good value and i have visited for over 3 years, but the last visit was upsetting, the leafit on the counter states orders over £20 , a free bottle of pop, this was well over this, check, yes free drink, return to pick up order, to be told no we can not have this because of sugar tax? i answer i was having diet pepsi, and the pile of leaflets on the counter state this offer, the next reply we have the right to withdrawn the offer, there was plenty of bottles there , i and family are not skinny supermodels,but i feel that i fat, or that they do want my custom,because i from london , and am not a local

Will NEVER be eating here again, food has always been good, but when your sat eating and your nearlly finished and you come across a longish BLACK/DARK BROWN HAIR in it, and you spew it all back up!!! No thanks!!!

A bit disappointed last two meals although loved them in the past. Tonight no salad on the kebab although asked for it and nan bread really thin. Last time nan bread tough and meat quite rigid and dry plus salad just slimy and yucky. Come on Meden Plaice - go back to your previous high standards please!

Food really nice but portion size a bit hit and miss.orderd a large and normal chip both the same size and not a lot of chicken on mixed kebab.would pay a bit more for better portion if need be.super service .nice staff.spot less.good deliver service

Food is delicious everytime and staff are always friendly, delivery never takes long either. Great place to order from.
