Nando's in Mansfield

Lovely food came fast and tasted good, however the waiter must have been having a bad day as he practically threw my food at me and my garlic bread fell on the table. I asked for his name he said his name was zak Shelton. I was a appalled to say the least as my mum was sat next to me

I ordered a collection, staff were super nice, everything we ordered was in the bags and it was very quick.Tasted just as a nandos usually does, + well cooked chicken 😄

Rang nando's to pre book a table for a Saturday night to be told that they don't pre book tables less than 6 if we wanted to just turn up and we may be lucky and get a table thought this was pretty bad really wasn't happy

We went with no booking, a little busy around 5/6pm so waited 5/10 mins for a table. Ordered food easy enough no queue and food was of good quality similar to Guiltbrook and Notts branch’s. Gets 5* as we chatted the night away and not once felt like we had to get out or move on. Would visit again.

We visited Mansfield branch today as we visit the netherfield branch regularly. As we went in,there was a member of staff who looked at us but did not greet or take to a table as we are used to . However we went to a table then she came over and asked us to move to a smaller one .why did she not just take us to a table . Our food arrived the chicken was wrong flavour and piri chips smothered not only all over chips but rest food on the platter .she changed it I asked could we have fresh corn as it will be dry. The food came back the chicken was just smothered in medium sauce and cornwas dry cold and hard. Our meal came to £40 .we were offered a refund on corn and have been sent a £20 voucher. My point is my meal was ruined by lack of care .the staff were all very young and I feel not well trained in customer service laying around on the counter talking and lapsadaisy sorry but won't be going back again very dissatisfied.

Just been to Nando’s for the first time. Absolutely loved it. Food was amazing. But most of all Zacks customer service was amazing. Really made my day.

Less than average skinny boney chicken of low quality, no condiments on the table .. no salt or pepper. Asked if they had dressing for the salad … get it yourself … either mayo or vinegar, chips seemed like frozen from a bag and guess oven cooked. Overall it was the worst food I’ve had out, will never go again.

It's a nandos, so while it's not a Michelin star restaurant it's still got decent quality chicken, lots of tasty sauces, prices ain't too bad either and bottomless soda is good.Staff were great, efficient and really helpful too. Will probably pop by again next time I'm in the area

Was in the other Nandos restaurant in Reading and was dissapointed comparing the same food in two different chain restaurants. My favourite salad from Reading Nandos I order all the time was nothing like what I had in Mansfield 😒. Did not enjoy it at all

Staff were friendly and helpful. Was explained a simple Covid friendly ordered system, which was very easy and didn't have any problems ordering.Getting drink refills for quick and done in a timely manner and the food tasted great.Furthermore the food come over quickly and didn't take long at all.Would defiantly come again while restrictions are in place as was made to feel welcomed.
