Pizza Hut in Mansfield

The pizza buffet was nice but seems a bit odd that you have to order and pay on your phone. Hard if you’ve not got the technology.The ice cream machine was awful with runny ice cream that was more like soup!

Fist time I have been in over 2 years and can say that it has gone down hill were to start the service was terrible was told that when we were seated that a server will be over soon to take your order after 15 minutes of waiting I had to go and ask just to be told I have to use a QR code to order. The food was terrible I had the buffet pizza and it was cold. The sald buffet and missing most of the salad items.the Pepsi refill machine was dirty and the Pepsi was very watered down.I will not be coming back to pizza hut ever again. Will just stick to domino's in the future.

Been a while since our last visit. Shown to table quickly but a little slow coming to take our order. Pizza arrived quickly and very tasty. The staff could do with a look up when travelling back to the kitchen to see if anyone wants something else.

Attempted to go there today with my 2 small kids , told cash only all these months since everyone has returned to normal , tight manager can't understand why I'm mad with 2 disappointed children all because the franchise has learned during covid they can save a few extra pennies by not taking cash . Well that's me done and will not be visiting again

Ordered for pickup, when arriving was told she had given someone our pizza by mistake so had to wait for another 1 which is fine gets home the whole order of 3 pizzas & 3 sides was cold never had this issue before & would normally recommend this place but that was the biggest waste of £50 odd ever... wouldn't have fed it to the dog if I had 1 !!!!

Lovely lunch buffet. Staff were very busy though but pizza, salad, drink and ice cream for the price was good

Had an enjoyable birthday party at the weekend. We opted for the Buffet and were quite happy with it and also the ice cream factory. My only minor criticism would be that it wasn't made clear the price for the ice cream factory and unlimited drink was extra. Have heard £12.99 was a little put out to see £15.99 when I actually went to pay

As always, the service here was great. It's been a while since we've been but they've now added ordering through an app and it's so much quicker! The staff are always super friendly and helpful and the food is great. Unlimited free salad is back too which is always a bonus!

Received our starters 30 minutes after the main pizza dish. Desserts were 45 minutes late. Never been to a pizza hut that's like this. Was quite disappointed. Food was tasty, service was poor!
