Prima Donna Pizza in Mansfield

Paid £6 for a large kebab and what turned up was absolutely shocking, I felt completely ripped off

Absolute shocking service! Ordered two kebabs, they came with no pitta breads, I rang the shop to explain and it took them 20 mins to send two pitta breads out and by that time my food was freezing cold! they said they couldn't do anything about out it. They are always drunk on the phone when ordering food, it's absolutely disgusting!!

Food came 45 mins late and cold. Chips tasted microwaved and the chicken shish didn't arrive got beef Instead. Salad was just cabbage and garlic mayo thrown on. Overall 0/10 will not be ordering again. Called twice and was told both times it would be 15 mins to which it came 45 mins late.

Would give 0 stars if I could.Food was 45 mins late.Called twice to be told order had left already, so it spent 45 mins in drivers car.Incorrect order delivered - Asked for chicken shish, received beef.Salad was abismal: some soggy cabbage and 2 slices of tomato.Mayo looked like it was thrown on from a great height.Order was cold.Customer service was shocking.Waste of time and money.I certainly will never order here again, If you're reading this looking for places to eat I would recommend you also look elsewhere.

Worst place ever. Ordered at 16:15 and at 18:00 called them asking to cancel my order as could not wait anymore for delivery as I need to go to work (delivery was saying 45mins)and the member of the primas team was shouting and saying that he won't cancel my order. Food not received money not refunded. Disappointed

This place is debatable lol... We only ended up here as a 4th food choice (sorry ) pizza was ok not overly good but okay I asked for base be well done which they did... Partner didn't really like burger and I asked to change fries to spicy curly fries which they agreed but never added.... I order spicy curly fries with my pizza which honestly wasn't spicy so I was disappointed.Right major thing that was wrong...... No washing of hands were seen? Handling burgers by hand but didn't wash after and was touching other food ??Also I ordered my food waiting awhile when someone ordered alot of chicken which became priority over my order and they got theirs first ( which was okay) BUT the reason was "the last customer occupied all the fryers with the chicken... Well the things I ordered in fryer were curly fries?? So I'm wondering why meat and non meat products are being cooked in same fryer ?? I'm a vegetarian but luckily not overly fussed about things being cooked together but I know others areBut staff were very friendly 🙂

Absolutely shocking services honestly do not order from this takeaway shop. Having waited for our food order which came totally wrong aswell as what was meant to be a large mixed kebab that looked like it had been shuck it the box a 100 times and small chips which was meant to be large chips and cheese.the attitude of the boss absolutely stinks. How this shop is running u do not know. £30 worth of food you'd expect it to come warm and the right order. I shall not be ordering from here again!!

Both pizzas cold and very hard bases. Chips were stale and by the hot and cold patches throughout they had definitely been heated up in microwave.Burger was also cold and bun was rock hard. Ate half the pizza and threw the rest in the bin.Avoid.
