Rima-Faz Indian in Mansfield

I ordered Rima Faz originally through Just Eat. Just Eat did not deliver my food. After speaking with Rima Faz staff, eventually Faz himself spoke directly to us through the phone. He explained that Just Eat has been poor for him and that they were cancelling the Just Eat and taking control of their own delivery service. Because of the trouble we had Faz actually hand delivered himself free of charge meals for 4 of us that had been ruined by Just eat. Incredible customer service and testament to the man that runs the show at Rima Faz. Will always be ordering directly through Rima Faz and hopefully through Faz himself. Thanks again for your generous delivery and I hope that your business goes from strength to strength without the weight of Just Eat holding it back.

Rima-Fav is the best in Mansfield! The staff is so nice, and the food is simply amazing! The lamb-based dish we had was suggested by the owner and was delicious! I would recommend this place to everyone!

First time order couldn't fault it really quality ingredients tasted great not as warm as I would like but we are at the far end of Rainworth so to be expected will definitely order again

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered food at 7:15pm, nothing delivered by 9pm. Rang the restaurant and they said “give me a moment, I’ll see where it is”, they then came back to the phone and said “can I call you back, I’ll find out where it is”- to which I happily agreed, was just really hungry at this point… 20 minutes later, no phonecall back, so I rang six times, all rang through, tried ringing on my girlfriends phone and they answered straight away! Asked for an update again and asked why they didn’t answer my phone and not called back after 20 minutes, to which they said they knew nothing about our previous phonecall. We’re now 2 hours and ten minutes from when we made the order, to which the owner, I’m assuming, politely said “it’s still at the restaurant”, when we tried to cancel he assured us it was really good food and we’ll get freebies too for the inconvenience. 21:35 and waiting an extra ten minutes for delivery, not a chance. Not usually one to moan about this type of stuff, but we were proper hungry and just wanted some snap 😂

Normally a good meal, however the one we just ordered was poor. Food not hot, bhajis like rocks, very watery presentation and not a great experience to be honest. Shan't bother again especially with what it cost

I took my family on Sunday night, the food was amazing The staff went out there way to what to recommend from the menu. Me my wife and 2 kids really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. I will highly recommend Rima Faz as the best Indian restaurant in Mansfield. #Amazingfood Management go above and beyond to make your night a pleasant experience from start to when you leave.

Lovely takeaway and the food is always really good and the service is brilliant had one occasion where something happened but was easily rectified by front of house. Please buy your food from here it’s a no brainer.

Went To this amazing divine Indian restaurant to celebrate New Years Eve and I was blown away fromStart to finish with what an amazing incredible night I had. The food was beyond anything I have ever eaten before and was heaven on a plate. The service was impressive with staff that were perfection. The restaurant is clean welcoming and beyond anywhere I been. I highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait for next month to celebrate valentines there.

Our go to Indian. Gorgeous food, always fresh and super hot. Chicken is always tender and well cooked. Looooooovely.

Such a beautiful restraunt. Great food and the staff were helpful in recommending what to have based on our preferences. Food arrived promptly and tasted great. Portion sizes were also reasonable.We will definitely be returning :)
