Sainsburys Cafe in Mansfield

I shopped here at around 7pm . There was only one manned checkout which was closing. The rest were self service which I refused to use. I had a full weeks shop and was expected to serve myself.. I don’t use Sainsbury’s myself for many political reasons and because of the limited amount of manned checkouts but was shopping for a client.Very dissatisfied at the way this store is run and it’s the poor staff who have to take the brunt of it.

Nice store. Not a planned vist. Had what i needed. Looked clean and nice staff.

Pipes in to pick up some drink for a party, only 3 check out open and lots of customers. I like Sainsbury's but they seem very colleague shy at the moment

Closing the cafés has changed me shipping with you. I'll like to have breakfast and spent £300 on my monthly shop... Morrisons for me now!

As a carer I was working last night and went into Sainsbury's to get some shopping for a client. A whole trolley full of food, at the self service till (as not enough staff on) ? How the hell are you supposed to put all that shopping on a self service till? Attendant said it was my problem ? I ended up leaving the trolley and food at the till as the till kept saying wait for attendance? Walked out and won't be going back.

Well laid out. Clear, visible markings. Great produce. We were helped by a staff member who went out of his way to assist us. Will not easily shop anywhere else. Extremely happy with this store. Visited again, still great, everything you need, and great snacks

On our very first home delivery from Sainsbury's. I placed my order and then the same day I tested positive for Covid. I made sure that when the delivery driver came he was well aware that I had tested positive. I would like to say a big massive Thank you to GRAHAM for being really helpful as I didn't want to spread the virus. I told Graham that I've not touched my car for a week before testing positive for covid, I asked politely would he be able to put my shopping in the boot as it would automatically open it self and I would get it when he drove away. He agreed to do it. Very good service all the best Jordan thanks again Graham!

You can buy for all you needed here. Well organised, visible marking at right location. Staff are very friendly. Very happy shopping with this store. 👍

Come for breakfast 1st time expecting a full English at the very least.... just wow things what I was told they serve for breakfast. Nice toast though which I ended up with

Got everything I needed from here, even things I had struggled to buy at another well known supermarket, such as herbs. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and will definitely be returning for my next shop. In comparison to others I thought the prices were matched, and in some cases better than other stores.
