The Naaz Tandoori Indian Restaurant in Mansfield

Onion bhaji missing off my order , no meat in keema nan when I rang to let them know I was asked if I could call round for it ???? And then told they'd sort it out next time I ordered from them,,,like I'm going to be ordering from them again I gave them a generous tip at that, unprofessional

I absolutely love this place! Eaten quite a few times by now and I have to say that I have never been let down,the food was absolutely delicious and cooked as I asked for,unfortunately I am not allowed to eat spicy,hot food and I have asked for my dish to be done without any and not only was it done perfectly but I must say that the waiter taking the order was very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant is always and I do mean always looking absolutely pristine, sparkling clean, absolutely beautiful,I say this because I live just a street crossing from the restaurant and I pass it very often and I always see it looking clean and organised. All these have made the Naaz Restaurant our friends and family's first choice for special occasions and my birthday personally must be celebrated with a wonderful dinner from Naaz to make the day perfect,oh and I was so thankful and grateful for the gesture when I was told that they put some poppadoms on the house, a gesture like that just really makes even more special as it shows they take that extra step and they care about customers!Thank you so much for the fantastic food,we had dinner tonight and as always it was absolutely delicious and chicken so tender and fresh👏! Absolutely spot on. Everything was perfect! The Saag was the best I’ve tasted and really enjoyed everything.

Up until recently I had not been to Naaz for many years however I was pleased to discover that the chef has remained the same for the duration which has allowed the quality of food they serve to remain at a good standard consistently.I have been here twice recently and on both occasions have generally enjoyed the service, the reason I could not give 5 stars is unfortunately due to the long wait times for food to come out on both occasions.However please do not let this put you off as you will be missing one of the most consistent Indian restaurants in the area.Thank you I'm out

We have been coming for about 7 or 8 years now. Every visit is a delight with the brilliant staff. They are very friendly and always keen to help with any enquiries about the menu. the beer is well kept and the premises spotless.

Went a few weeks ago and the service was very poor. We sat down and was not offered any service in any shape or form for 15 minutes and we was the only people in the restaurant, another 2 minutes and we was going to leave. Unfortunately the staff were more interested in takeaway phone call! Looking round the restaurant it is clear this is going down hill by the filthy state of the carpet and when you think they had weeks closed due to Covid it is hard to understand why this is like this other than the owners do not care.

I've only been 3 times for takeaway,food is brilliant,hot as in piping hot,food is very tasty and price is in line with my usual sit in restaurant, try Peshawari nan,they are really good.

Takeaway service pretty poor.Told meal would be ready at 7.15 but after sat waiting for half hour meal finally arrived at 7.45.Not good when got kids sat in car outside.Food decent but be prepared to wait if ordering takeaway

The starter was served very quickly, after they took away the dishes it was about 30 mins until the next course, the food was nice though
