Winner House in Mansfield

Expensive but not good quality atm. Chips rock hard and I mean rock hard and hardly any meat in the he steak chips and mushrooms.

Cold food ,not very tasty,it's was brought as a birthday meal for 6 of us ...vile ,binned most of it .

Big portions, reasonable price and the lady behind the counter is great. Got my food quickly (I collected). The special fried rice was fabulous. I'll be calling in again.

All my local shops were closed so I tried this one. Ordered my meal at 7 to be delivered at 9.15. Right on time food was piping hot and extremely tasty fresh and clean. Non greasy will be a regular user.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! We ordered a Chinese and explained where we lived and that our postcode may not work due to it being a new build. She said this would be fine for delivery, we waited an hour and 45 minutes for her to tell us we were out of range for delivery even though we’re only 2.6 miles away. This is by far the worst service we have ever experienced.

Well that was the worst food I've had beef chow mein omg the beef ? Horrible could not chew it gave to dog crispy shreeded beef horrible

Usually I always receive a good service from winner house. I placed an order at 5:06pm to be delivered this evening the guy said would be 1 hour and 20 minutes which is to be expected however my meal never arrived attempted to contact winner house but they obviously taken the phone off. Disgusting service safe to say not be using them again a courtesy call would of been nice to say my order was not going to be arriving. Very disappointing to say how many years I have used this take away.

Great service and friendly stuff! I really enjoyed my dinner tonight, it was so tasty I couldn't stop eat! Definitely we will be back.

Been going years and has been good food until last time when they got the order wrong, no problems it happens, except for the fact they would not correct it and wanted to charge again and the meal would have cone well after the other 11 of us had eaten. After being a customer for 18 years I will now go else where if that is what loyalty means. Check your order before paying!!
