The best Bakewell sponge cake I have ever tasted!! Wonderful little tea room and definitely worth a visit!

Just had a Wednesday special at Dove tea room .A delicious lunch of tender steak pie ,mash , peas plus lashings of gravy . VERY TASTY .Definitely a delightful lunch

Yet again Dove Cottage tea rooms had the most excellent cake - raspberry and almond cake, which was so delicious. Thanks to the staff who make it such a pleasurable experience. We will be back!

Friendly, polite staff and a great piece of chocolate marble cake...just what you need mid way through a long mountain bike ride !

One of the best tea rooms around with amazing views and walks. Would highly recommend for walkers and as a pop out for tea and cake.

A most excellent tea room, with a good selection of food and drinks at very reasonable prices. The large free car park makes it very easy to visit, just watch out for the really high canal bridge on the way in! Plenty of outdoor seating if it's a bit tight inside, and a really nice play area for the children, too. All supporting a good cause, and a charity shop upstairs as well. The people who work here are so friendly, too. Highly recommended.
