Absolutely gorgeous site.Brilliant bar and tea room.Superb pitched with all facilities.Beautiful toilet blocks.Immaculate site.Second visit and will definitely book again.Only one complaint, which is towards some campers.WHY OH WHY do some people not sort recycling and put in the general waste bins bottles, cans, paper etc, it's so easy to do. This is totally wrong and we are doomed if we don't sort it soonRant overStill love site

Had breakfast here with friends, the food was excellent as was the service. The staff were very friendly and keen to help. A lovely setting to eat, the cafe offers a very extensive menu, but you need to book and the entrance is secured by barriers. To gain entrance you need to confirm booking

Lovely campsite, very well kept. Cafe Lovely with nice outside seating, staff helpful and friendly.Toilets in southern campsite beyond immaculate. The disabled toilets and shower room look immaculate but the flooring is very slippery when wet. Take care. Highly recommend this place though.

Wonderful site,just love this place. Great dog walks ,great farm shop and self serve dairy nearby, lovely bar with super friendly owners and staff. They work so hard to make this place so good. They even have ev charger points . We don't normally eat our much but couldn't resist the travelling Greek. WOW. What an amazing meal. Loved it. And the pizzas. Wonderful. (fish and chips a bit too late for us). Needs more than 5 stars

This has got to rank up there as one of the best sites I have been to. Its so tranquil and peaceful, with lots of wildlife. There are 9 fishing lakes to walk around and beautiful walks in countryside straight from the site. There is a restaurant and cafe with lovely outside seating areas and extremely dog friendly. It is adult only and on the high end of prices but in my opinion it is worth every penny.

Very clean tea rooms with attentive staff. Really good food at reasonable prices. We felt very welcome as we hadn't booked in advance, highly recommended to do so. A pleasant afternoon spent with family 👪.Highly recommended but remember to book a table. 👍🏻👍🏻

Great place to visit. Walking, fishing, dog friendly club house. Few minutes drive from Melton Mowbray. We stay there with our caravan. Fabulous adult only site. Amenities are modern, beautiful & clean. Highly recommend

We take our motorhome here reasonably regularly. The pitches are level and generously sized. The bathrooms and laundry/washing up area are very high grade, and always immaculate. I'm quite jealous really, I wish mine at home were done to such a high standard. The landscaping is excellently kept, always neat and tidy. The bar/coffee bar/restaurant serves good quality food all day. Fishing is available, but I can't review that because we don't fish, but the lakes make it a lovely place to go for a walk. Overall a really excellent site that I can't find fault with.

First time visited. Lovely log cabin effect. Lovely surroundings..but wet on the day we visited so couldn't explore. Scones enormous..half would have been enough for me...and warmed too. Will certainly go again.

Enjoyed lunch here - wild badger pie!Very tasty, couldn't quite eat everything on the plate though.Service was quick a staff friendly.Went in with my dog, and he enjoyed couple of chips.Will go again when I'm in the area.
