KFC in Melton

Want happy ordered my meal but they over sold the sides I didn't get mine!

Realy hot inside and doors shut but food all good.

KFC chain in Leicestershire is bad, but the store from Melton Mowbray is the pleasant exception. I notice that a good Shift Manager built a fantastic team with great result for customers.

Really enjoyed the meal and have decided to stop the kababs and eat chicken from KFC now..

I am not happy with the performance of the KFC staff on the date 5th July 2022 at 4pm, firstly there had been an issue regarding the app and using the barcode with the till which I kept my patience and gave the man at the till the benefit of the doubt as you don’t always get things right the first time, then the team leader came over and looked very miserable, he took my order and they apparently did not let me use a student offer to get a mini fillet burger, where i had been forced to use it on a krushem, not even wanting one. Then the food was ready and i took it and sat down inside with it, the food was not to the best quality and was quite poorly given and thought about as i had been given small wings which were left out for long and i was not happy regarding this, i was left unhappy from this kfc as they have given me poor service and the look of not wanting to work there, as this was my first time visiting this place i suggest using an alternative kfc, or in fact mcdonald’s which is not to far from this kfc. It was my first time at this kfc and it was also the first time where i wanted to leave the store as soon as i could as the levels of this place is miles off ‘good’ and absolutely poor.

Very small restaurant, staff working hard to get food out no gravy though is that the norm I'm from Yorkshire and gravy is a must.

As an Autistic person, I hate visiting this place as the crowdedness within a small space causese high anxiety. Not to mention the food takes forever to serve which causes my anxiety to increase further. The food, however is good. I just really need to get out of there as soon as possible. Also as an Autistic person, some loudness can cause pain or discomfort, such as any high pitched noise or customers shouting etc. Not to mentioned the lack of personal space when people feel too close to me. Also I find the queues confusing and stressful as they mix sometimes.

Genuinely the worst KFC in the country, if you like waiting 4 hours to order never mind waiting for the actual food, in a dank greasy restaurant visit here. Terrible Service. Terrible Place. Should be closed down.

If I compare this to the Grantham one and it's like chalk and cheese. That KFC is aces, and friendly, and often give extra chicken for no apparent reason. But this is the Melton experience, which I annoyingly go to more regularly. I always use the app to pre-order but always have to wait and often I'm then served after people who came in after me, so I question the point here. OK, they always give a mountain of salt sachets - which is a bonus - but never any mini wipes...

Went into the Branch today with an issue with a previous order. I can honestly say really and truly it was dealt with Professionally and with a Sympathetic Approach By A Gentleman Called Bryan big shout out... Message to the Manager he's an asset to your team...
