Come armed with patience! If you want to spend a long time waiting for your food, this place is for you. Set in a nice location a couple of kilometers outside Fayence, la table d’Yves is a well known restaurant in the region. From the outside terrace, you will enjoy views of the neighboring villages perched on nearby hills. The setting is elegant and refined. The menu is okay with some of the dishes you would expect in an establishment of this category. There are 2 set menus: the saveurs menu at 33 Euros and the Inspiration menu at 49 Euros. Both of these offer very limited choices which is particularly disappointing in the case of the higher price menu. One of us went a la carte and picked the carre d’agneau roti (lamb) which was cooked at the requested temperature (pink) and was declared satisfactory. The other two went with the Inspiration menu. One of the appetizers was the fleur de courgettes farcies which was very good; the other one, croustillant de chevres frais, was just okay. The main dish we both had, lotte rotie (monk fish), was disappointing; the fish was not very tasty and the sauce pretty bland. The desserts were fine but not exceptional. The wine a Clos d’Esclans rose was fine when it finally reached our table. Overall, we left with the perception that this was a disappointing meal, especially in light of the prices. We did not expect to pay less; we expected to eat better. I would be remiss not to mention the inordinate amount of time we spent waiting at each stage of the meal. We arrived at 7:30 pm and left just before 10:00 pm. There were a total of 3 people hosting, serving, bussing, etc for close to 50 guests. Not sure if the kitchen is also a pacing item but this was very frustrating. Overall, this meal fell short of our expectations.

Very good food, beautiful location and great service. The food was exceptionally designed. We also got a cold zucchini soup on the house in the beginning which was fantastic, and some deserts on the house as well.

Just simply one of the best restaurants - ANYWHERE! Food is always stunning and tremendous value. Setting is beautiful - especially in the summer. A must go - if you only eat once in the area it must be here!!

This place is a true gem of the Fayence region. Extremely relaxing ambiance. High quality food. Reasonable prices (there are 39€/49€ menu & a-la carte). Friendly service. Kids menu is always a success. Big parking with easy access. Make sure you are not in a hurry, as your lunch/dinner would take 2 hours.

Don't get me wrong, overall the atmosphere, food, and service were excellent. But at a restaurant of this calibur, you expect everything to be perfect, and there were just a few details that were off.First of all, our waiter was completely useless with the wine. One word, unhelpful answers to questions about the wine. Left the wine to breathe and never came back to serve the taste or pour the first round (or serve the wine at any point). Second, the vegetables that came with our main course felt like an after thought. While they were cut, cooked, and arranged beautifully, they were bland and completely unseasoned. The meat and the sauce were excellent, but I could have made veggies that tasted better. And finally, after dessert, on the small plate of bite-sized sweets, there was a tiny lemon tarte, but it had a weird fishy aftertaste that was quite off-putting.If these things seem nit picky, it's because they are. Overall we had a great dinner!

Was told about this restaurant from someone else, and I am glad they did. It is a beautiful restaurant, with an amazing staff and equally amazing food. The prices are affordable for the amount of food you get. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that is in that area, it is a great place to go as a couple, family or friends. I would suggest sitting outside on the terrasse obviously during the summer period

Very good service; relaxed and friendly. Food was OK- not quite up to par on entrés. Main course (veal) was excellent. Most definitely overpriced for the overall quality of the food. Would recommend coming in the summer and sit outside.

An absolute pleasure! Well made food, beautifully presented and a nice, local rosé. The place has an amazing view and warm atmosphere.

Food is absolutely fantastic. Place inside is very elegant. From time to time you can observable just above your head approaching to landing.
