Ordered food, but after 1 1/2 hours no food, wouldnt order again, bring back the wah ying, dont know what the food is like as it didnt turn up

Absolutely brilliant fast service and they deliver to Whissendine, which is a rarity.. not many food places will deliver this far. But ma’s kitchen did and must say the food was delicious and very tasty. Highly recommend the Singapore noodles, chew main, and sweet and sour chicken balls,,,, absolutely gorgeous… will be ordering again. Thank you

Order was a little late so I called the restaurant to ask how long it would be they were ebonite helpful and friendly and explained that my food was almost done ... its a Saturday I understand they're busy ! 20 mins later the food arrived beautifully fresh and hot ! The salt and pepper squid is the best I've ever had ! Simply delicious 😋

I ordered different dishes for 6 people tonight to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. The food was amazing, everything was cooked to perfection, my guests and my family were very impressed. I have had food from here before but tonight was exceptional.

Ordered Online, Paid, Order Accepted.After half an hour get a call saying they are too busy to deliver !!I now have to wait for 3 to 5 days for a refund.This level of customer service is not acceptable, needless to say we shall spend our money elsewhere in future.

Placed an order and was meant to be delivered in 1hour. After 1 1/2 hours I called to be told I was in a queue and it will be next. 1hr later I call again to be told it's cooking now. Really 21/2 hours and still no food.

Terrible service and rude staff. Over two hours and two chase up calls to them. The food is mediocre so not even worth the wait. Plenty of other Chinese takeaways in Melton, use any of the others if you want to eat the same day as you order.

I ordered from Bigfoodie using the 2nd link on the following search. It turns out that this is for the Melton Mowbray branch. Upon attempted collection on foot from the Birstall branch we gradually worked out that there was a Melton branch (it took a while - the menus are identical). Even though the Melton branch merrily said that a lot of people ordered from Birstall they would not arrange for the food to be recooked there and did not apologise or indicate that they would make any attempt to rectify a clear problem. A friend had to do the 25 min each way drive to collect the food. It really added stress to the evening at a time where I needed the break of not having to cook. Future business lost.
