The Poppy Seed in Melton

just been here for lunch , had the ploughman's lunch and was definitely worth the money..massive portions and of very highest quality. mum was very happy to see proper butchers ham instead of wafer thin preformed. was so happy it came with Stilton 😋 don't think I've ever had such a fresh soft crusty roll warm with the most amazing salted butter.would definitely recommend here

Lovely trip out....bought a lovely patio set and had a great lunch! It's such a lovely place to go, more like walking around someone's beautiful garden than a garden centre!

Fabulous site everyone very friendly. Love it here lovely garden centre and cafe well every cake you can think of and more.

I went to the Grange today to meet up with a distant cousin that I found by chance through a mutual friendI chose the Grange as its easy to find it has plenty of parking and I knew we wouldn't feel rushed while having our long lost family reunion moment, family trees and old family pictures spread over the table, a few coffees and some delicious cake later we emerged with new family connections and lots of new family stories, I'm already looking forward to our next meeting and where else would it be? so see you all again soon!!!

Lovely restaurant, ideally suited for meeting up with friends over coffee and cake (and what a selection of cakes!). Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
