Went for a meal - food good but over priced. Also didn't expect to be served sliced buttered bread when we asked for a bread basket - or indeed be charged for it.

Another pub sampled for a welcome drink at the end of a long walk. Friendly service and good beer (if somewhat limited choice of ales). Can't comment on the food but it looked very good on the menu and plate. Great surroundings too

Went for Sunday Lunch. Wonderful! Huge portions beautiful food, good service with a smile and nice surroundings. Cannot recommend enough.

Went to the Tollemache Arms last night for the first time and have to say it was an amazing experience. As soon as we got there the hospitality was exceptional and the waiting staff very professional. The food was fantastic and I am already looking forward to going back. Can’t believe this place was on my doorstep and we hadn’t been.

Good pub food somewhere on the high end of pub food or the middle-lower end of the gastropub spectrum. Very pleasant and friendly service, and a wonderful atmosphere! I've heard the piña coladas are excellent as well, but didn't try it this time.

Brilliant service, delicious food. We were made very welcome for a fabulous lunch. A great pint, accommodating chef and lovely helpful waiting staff ... couldn't ask for more.

We recently got married in Buckminster at St. John Baptiste church.We wanted somewhere local to have food and drinks at after the wedding ceremony and came across the Tollemarche Arms. 🙂The interior and exterior of the place is really classic, clean and with a personal touch, we loved it!We spoke with Tracy the owner and as it was a very low key wedding with only 8 people she showed us a room (the library) that could fit us all in and also have some privacy at the same time.Tracy was really helpful with leading up to the big day with organising the decoration of the table and kept things very clear and simple. Nothing was too much of a problem for her with what we asked etc.On the day we were well looked after with the service of her staff and the food and drinks were great quality and really good value at the same time!We would really recommend this venue for wedding receptions or simply for a nice meal.A really friendly atmosphere 🙂Thank you Tracy and your team for making our day special xJohn and StephanieAka Mr and Mrs Spencer

My friends and I enjoyed a lovely meal here last night. The food was beautifully cooked and delicious, and the portions were huge. Recommend the steak kebab - it's a showstopper!! The venue is nicely decorated and lit, and there's a lovely outdoor area too. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be returning.
