Burger King in Newark and Sherwood

A good place to stop after a long drive but it's a shame they got rid of the freestyle coke machine! That was the reason I stopped at this specific burger king.

Chocolate Milkshake was more like vanilla, couldn't see the chocolate and it tasted like vanilla. Paper straw fell apart too. Apart from that it was ok

As with the attached Greggs.Place was dirty and messy and NOT being cleaned.Shared toilets should be quarantined by World Health.Serious amount of work required.Starting with mass-cleaning and repairs.

Over priced for what you get over £8+ for a meal that was small enough for a child.. I won't be going to any burger king again.

Absolutely divine! Quite expensive but I suppose that's because it's at a service area. Will definitely be back

Heavily understaffed, we stopped there with a group of 20 people (which I think is normal for a roadside stop) and it took them over an hour to even take all of our orders. The woman behind the counter was completely overrun to a point which they couldn’t out a single correct order anymore.Avoid this location with big groups.

Gemma and the other lady were excellent and really friendly, and despite a small size the kitchen staff served us and everyone else extremely quickly all food was warm aswell which is a plus sometimes a struggle at service stations to find. If your on a long trip like us definitely stop in. We were having a terrible day and it was helped alot by this stop :)

One of the cleanest stops on the A1 if you want a coffee or bite to eat. Plenty of free parking, easy to find and next door is a filling station.Staff a bit slow at serving but extremely apologetic for that as they where short staffed.

I'll keep this short, like the coffee serving. The food was typical Burger King tasty and the price was typical too unlike some other services stops. The staff were pleasant and responsive. We stopped here mid Feb and it was cold inside, not sure why but take a coat in with you just in case. The coffee I got as part of the meal was only half full. Also the music sounds like its royalty free stuff.

There staff were friendly however the toilet facilities in Burger King were cordoned off, seemingly as there were so few staff on duty. We were directed to use the facilities at the fuel station which is across the forecourt. This is strange, if the businesses aren't connected. The food was bad and burger king is strangely expensive too. The carpark at the side of the building is very obscure and poorly laid out. Overall I would not recommend this place.
