Beautiful food with a friendly chef/owner who makes you feel welcome

Read good reviews on Google maps about Mexican food being served in Holy Moly and decided to have a meal there in afternoon time. Imagine how I was negatively surprised at the beginning of my dining out. Arrived from Nottingham to Holy Moly at 1.30 P.M. on last Tuesday and it was closed. They should have been opened since 12.00 according to their website and according to Google maps. No information explaining why. Only sticker... Closed.

Great authentic Mexican food made with care! Our host made us feel very welcome and the meal was great value for money. Happy to support this restaurant and will definitely be returning again!

The food here is of a quality of it's own level in Newark. It is authentic delicious and served with the most amazing service I have ever seen.When I travel and eat Mexican this is the stick I measure it by. The owner is an amazing guy with great customer service. This is a true gem of Newark and should be seen and tasted by all!

I wish I could give 5 stars but I can't. We both had a pizza, she had the vegetarian and I had the tuna. They both tasted great and the crust was how a real Italian pizza should be, crusty and crispy with a hint of flower, this man knows how toake them, and for a reasonable price too! The only reason I didn't gave 5 star's because he didn't had enough time to clear and clean the table's and people who we're walking past this shop could see the mess that the previous customers left....shame really he should consider hiring staff...
