KFC in Newark and Sherwood

Fantastic even though it was very busy all stall helpful and friendly Very tasty good parking The only minus is the building is a bit run down could do with a revamp but that aside definitely go again 👍👍

Broke down near this restaurant on the way to Skegness had to pull in there carpark cause it was the safest place and least busy & easier if recovery needed to come and tow us, lights were on tried to kill to birds with stone told the wife and kids to get some food but was closed 20 mins after fixing the car we left and now a week later we've had a parking fine for parking out of hours I'm disgusted and will never use this KFC again.

My girlfriend and I went into this store today and not only was the food poor standard it took us and many others around 20mins of us being ignored by staff to to get our orders taken , I understand it can be very busy or might be under staffed but as I worked in fast food myself I saw no one going out of their way to get things done quickly .Customers from the drive through came in and complained that they were having to leave after being sat in the drive through for ages. Again I really do understand that it can be busy but seeing the food sat there without handing out and them blatantly ignoring customers waiting to get serviced is not right , and I believe that the higher side of this company should get more staff in to help out as they clearly can’t handle a marginally busy night.

I love KFC so this hurts to do, but I am suffering with the WORST food poisoning I've ever had in my life. They were very busy at the time so maybe they rushed my food out and it wasn't cooked properly.Either way, I won't be coming back for a while, I don't wanna feel like this again

visited today with my spouse, the self serve machines weren’t working and were “up for maintenance”, the staff took our orders and we went and sat down, in this time we saw many people standing around waiting for their orders (one lady had been there for 20/25 minutes and only ordered a small meal), another man came in and had complained that he had been sat at the drive thru waiting to be served and no one spoke to him at the window (he then proceeded to get back in his car and leave). the staff were all extremely disorganised and showed no effort to quicken the pace and sort out orders of the people who had been waiting for time. when our food eventually came, it was grey looking, greasy and anaemic, my spouse complained that the chicken had a rubbery consistency, will not recommended and quite frankly this has ruined our holiday to england. 1/10.

It's okay, nothing great. Windows were greasy, put me off a little to be honest and the door was untouchable. Wouldn't visit again. As if the front of house is dirty what's the back like you can't see?

Usually give you the wrong order. I thought all KFCs were generally the same with food quality however this one seems to be miles below. Vile, wet, tasteless and greasy. Would not recommend

Order was missing sauce, didn't spot until too late so couldn't be bothered going back. Service was quick. Portions have reduced in size, would rather pay for good food personally.

The worst. No queue at the drive thru and let had to wait 5 mins for my order to come out. McDonald’s had a big queue but their staff were getting the orders out much quicker. Fast food would seem to contradict the trades description act in this occasion.

Left to stand at the till for over several minutes while being the only customer there. Once I was finally seen too, only to be told they had no popcorn chicken or large bottled fizzy drinks and wouldn't make any substitutes. The person taking order didn't appear fazed or offer any form of apologies either.Ate at the McDonald's across the road and experienced much better service even though they are experiencing similar supply issues.
