Launay's in Newark and Sherwood

Extremely expensive and staff who really weren't trained correctly. Small portions, big money. Unimpressed.

Great food, with attentive service, in a lovely relaxed atmosphere, fine dining without leaving hungry, a truly winning combination and not too far away, we'll definitely be back, in one word.... Fantastic!

Fabulous menu and attentive staff. The food... wow we are still talking about it, we were all impressed. This is food at its best. Quality comes at a price but it was well worth it. We will definitely be going back.

Lovely ambience, lovely nosh.

We attended the Scottish theme night and what an event! The food was outstanding and the whiskey pairings were spot on. The host and bag piper were so entertaining and all the Launay’s staff were professional and efficient.Would love to go back to the next evening!

Attended a wedding here and it was absolutely fantastic. Staff efficient and food exceptional. A big thank you to the kitchen staff for producing such a masterpiece.Beautiful seating outside and clean, fresh toilets.Would love to go back in the bear future.

Amazing food! Went for a large family party and they were not only super accommodating for me being vegan but, created amazing and delicious food. By far the best meal I have had in a long time!Look at that gorgeous vegan food below! Plus my non veggie family loved their Sunday dinner too even if they were jealous of this awesome display of cullinary art.
