Good Italian food as always. Very slow service though so be prepared to wait.

For an expensive meal you expect good quality which is what we didn't get. Not very clean, especially menus and cutlery. Food below par and not enjoyable. Staff are really friendly though but I won't be back.

The food was great but the service was not. I don't know if the staff need more training or are just overworked, but the first night we stayed here, we felt like we were burdens because we hadn't booked in advance, but the food was nice so we let it go. Then we went again a few days later, still were made to feel like burdens even though we had booked this time. We were given the wrong order and then charged for the wrong order. The food is lovely but it felt very disjointed and there was no apology for the wrong food order or for overcharging us.

Terrible pizzas, no sauce, no flavor. Pasta dish, I’m told, was ok by a non fussy eater. Kids meals are only available in 3 courses. Included kids drinks were brought out AFTER our meal, after we had already bought them a drink.

Overpriced and very low quality. Supermarket meals turn out better than many of the dishes we had last night. We were a group of 8. Examples:- shrimp starter +£7 for 4 prawns with shells on.- pizza came dried as it had been cooked twice, never seen anything like it.- the cheese cake was recommended, it was also dried, never seen a dried cheesecake either for £6,79 even our most keen eater couldn't go through it.- best things were caramelized onion flat bread and the cookie dough dessert, which are basic dishes, also overpriced- we had to ask for cheese and it came on single use plastic tubs.- the waitress was lovely

2 nights in a row we received fantastic service and lovely food, after eating at various restaurants at center parcs, Bella Italia is well recommended and a must visit for couples or families. Both Lorna and Ruby who served us had time to talk and engage in fun conversation. All in all 5 stars.

Had a nice time here and I enjoyed it. It was not busy and this made it simple to book a table for adults. All the parents had their kids under control (toddlers and kids). There seems to be clear room to move around, toilets are clean. Food tasted nice and arrived on time for everyone to enjoy their meal.

My first time in this lovely restaurant and it was a thoroughly excellent experience! The staff are friendly, helpful and fun and nothing was too much trouble for them!Ideally situated in 'The Village' at Centre Parcs, it's a great place to have lunch and then go for a stroll to the beach afterwards.Lovely surroundings and lovely ambiance...and now onto the main reason you would go here...the food! Absolutely DELICIOUS! I enjoyed my meal very much, it was tasty, filling and warming on a cold day, great value for money too.The subtle flavours were blended beautifully to create a truly delicious pasta meal!I will definitely be going back again!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome even though we don't eat out often (they talked us through the way you order things at restaurants like that quickly so we didn't make any mistakes). I ordered a calzone (and so did one other person I was going with) and it was great, basically just tasted like a folded pizza which is pretty much what you want in a calzone. From what I've heard pizzas are good too so consider ordering something like that. The prices were very inconsistent especially when it comes to drinks, 3 pounds for a cola but one pound more for a mocktail seems a bit weird. The place feels super italiany especially the pale stone walls and frilly awnings on the entrance (I sat next to frosted windows so I can't describe the view) and despite the fact a few kids were there it was mostly quiet and I think that was because of the relaxed atmosphere (places like Pancake House can be hectic when it comes to children). The food is expensive but you mostly pay for the service and the atmosphere. You even get a cute little chopping board to eat your calzone on! Its definitely somewhere you wouldn't want to eat too often because of the price but it's pretty much the best restaurant at centerparcs for some casual and chilled eats. Prepare to have something to talk about when ordering food as it does take a little while and especially if you eat fast you'll spend most of your time waiting, but it makes you feel like you've got your moneys worth if you have a chance to take in the atmosphere. I also got a voucher for 20% off my next meal at some other restaurants at centerparcs at the end which basically paid for one person for wherever I decide to go next.

Delicious pizza and calzone with super friendly staff! We had dinner here on our last night and were so impressed with everything here, we'll be recommending it to everyone we know that's going to Sherwood.Veggie calzone with chips, and a Mushroom pizza for the parents, and the kids meal deal (starter main and dessert plus a drink) proved great value for money.Big thanks to Emma, our server, who entertained our 2 year old Molly and made friends very quickly with her!The food was delicious, nicely presented and it didn't take us long to finish!!
