How this place isnt more busy is baffling. My wife and I went for a meal on a Tuesday night without a reservation, and the whole experience was outstanding. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were welcoming, the menu was extensive and it was easy to relax and enjoy. The food was excellent (although a little lacking in meat). This wasnt significant enough to change my rating, I just think that some people might not see it that way. The wait staff were very good at knowing to keep a distance when needed but also to be ready whenever we needed something. A great balance. We would go back in a heartbeat. I dont do it often, but they got a good tip from me. Well done!

Great quality food, friendly staff and generous portions.This was our first trip here having not been to many Thai restaurants, we got the set menu for 2 which was extremely great value with more than enough food for 2 people. The food came out in good time but didn't feel rushed. Staff were attentive and friendly but not overbearing.The decor is lovely and as not a massive venue creates a nice friendly, casual atmosphere to enjoy the food and drink.All of the food we had was well seasoned and great flavours. Will most certainly come here again!

Never thought I'll came across an amazing Thai restaurant in Newark!I ordered the squid curry and the Thai chicken mint salad. Both are delicious. The curry is rich and tasty, the salad is fresh. I spent several years living in Bangkok before I moved to the UK and I can confirm that Thai Sabai offers a great quality authentic Thai food.What's more to this is that the service is great. The lady offered to mix in some king prawn to the squid curry and at the end add a generous amount of prawn crackers to my order.I think it is really a good idea to come once dine-in is available as the interior of the restaurant is amazing. If you looking for a good Thai food (or looking to try), you should really come here.

Fantastic food, which was plentiful so take your appetite. Great prices. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the food came out in a timely manner and was hot throughout the meal. Lovely decor and the bathrooms are spacious and disable friendly. A must place to visit in Newark.
