Carvery on Sunday was amazing, both the meat and vegetarian options. Generous portions and loads of selection, and super dog friendly too (in the bar). Fab pub, will be back very soon.

Absolutely lovely place. Its the first time we have visited and only chose it because it's equal distance between us and our friends. A great little find, menu selection was fantastic and the food was delicious and served in really good time. Great selection of drinks and all the staff were really friendly. Will definitely be visiting again and would recommend it if your in the area.

Friendly attentive staff, food was served in due time:) I had the 6oz wagyu burger, which was nice & juicy, nicely toasted brioche bun and presented nicely in a low wooden box :) my son had the hot & spicy wings which he enjoyed! Nice tidy decor. Overall a pleasant experience:)

A belated birthday treatThe young lady serving us was very polite and extremely proficient in catering to our needs....The food was excellent value for money and the £10 per head for main meal and sweet was very tasty and I will be Definately going there again... The table layout was not claustrophobic in the room I was in or anywhere else that I could see. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Really tasty food served at the Old Reindeer. Went for Sunday dinner and the carvery was very nice indeed. Multiple meats and usual veg accompaniments. Vegetarian options available too, but best to ask when ordering with server so they can prepare it.Plenty of staff on, running about very busy. This is definitely a "book if you want a table" place! The menu had a small selection of non-carvery options, basically fish and chips and a couple of kids meal nugget style offerings. The pudding menu is also significant and very tasty.Of note, there isn't really anywhere to sit and enjoy a drink either before or after your meal if your table isn't ready. Definitely more of a restaurant than a pub.The inside has levels and steps, so if you are less mobile, advise staff when booking so they can put you on an appropriate level with the disabled access door which leads straight from the car park.Toilets could do with a bit of an overall. Hot water wasn't working in the gents and the ladies sink area was very dimly lit, so you could barely see yourself or what you were doing.

Called in completely by chance for a drink last night and happened to see someone eating a carvery. We just had to order and certainly weren’t disappointed, in fact, it was delicious and excellent value! The staff were all lovely and welcoming too. Needless to say we’ll be back.
