Outdoor service is limited to guests in groups of six or two households (no limit on number) is permitted. Please note we may need to vary our opening hours and food service times given the time of year and the unpredictable nature of our Great British weather! Track and trace requirements have changed meaning all guests over 16 years of age must check in and provide their contact details. Unfortunately we must refuse service if guests do not comply. Searching for places to eat in the local area, and this place popped up. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled as the food was exquisite. Gone is the day of a traditional local pub serving good with a great selection !!The Plough @Norwell is that pub 🍻

A place where we used to visit regularly before Covid. Has a friendly and warm atmosphere and the landlord and landlady make you feel welcome too. Nice pint and good food 👌

Not visited for years . Food was very well presented & cooked . A big bonus with this pub is that it is dog friendly . A very friendly landlord & staff . Highly recommend & will return . 👍

Went for my sons birthday and I have to say everyone was great! Thank you all for such excellent service and lovely food!! If we are ever passing again we will be sure to come back!

Today we visited the Plough Inn at Caunton near Newark. We were a party of 2 children and 5 adults. We were immediately welcomed and asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. As it was such a lovely day we plumped for outside and the landlady duly brought an umbrella for the table which we were really grateful for. We ordered our meals and all thoroughly enjoyed them. Everything was hot and presented well on the plates. Not expensive either. We shall be returning most definitely.

A lovely looking pub with a decent on-line car park. Lovely outdoor space. They did make a mistake. They brought out the wrong meal. But they quickly reckatified it. Same with cold potatoes on the new meal. Very fast and apologetic for it. They even had a laugh. About coffee and doom. All the staff were great and the meal were absolutely delicious. We will be coming again and highly recommend it.~The family who dropped their sugar packet in their coffee, twice.
