Lovely atmosphere, very friendly. Food Lovely with good service. Very olde worlde with a menu full of choice.

Nice cosy pub. Ordered the small roast which was quite large. Pleasant atmosphere apart from one local who kept shouting 'youth' at me, I didn't respond as I'm 38 and thought he was shouting at someone else. Turned out that the front door does swing close and he was asking me, in his own special way, to shut it

So lovely to see and hear locals having a good natter over a lunchtime pint and to sit at a fabulous table memorial to a domino master. Well done. My 14 year old pooch and I were made very welcome.

Lovely little traditional pub in quiet village location . Went in with the wife and got chatting to a nice couple over beers. How pubs should be!

We had roast dinner. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The staff we very good. Will definitely be going back.
