Found this nice pub on the last night of a 3 night break, my mistake as it’s tucked away a bit and is a really nice place. Nice range of drinks and the staff all female at the time were professional, approachable and you could have a bit of banter with them, they were also knowledgeable about places to eat etc, a bit late for me but still a nice touch.

Very busy, local feel town pub. A lot of angry looking youngsters watching football gave it a feeling of impending violence!

Very clean and tidy, very friendly bar staff and local people. The male behind the bar was a little flirty but nothing major. Overall really good pub, will defiantly be back and recommend to my family and friends. Loads better than other pubs in the area

Nice, very clean and tidy, could do with a broader range of ales but what they have is well served.

Nice town pub, no food or children. Lots of TV's. Can get busy. £2/pint John Smiths.
