I would rate zero stars if I could …Very rude staff that work here ! Came at 12:40 asked if we could sit outside and she said she’d come out however it had been 15 minutes So went in to order and the rude lady turned around to say we don’t do orders after 1 but left us sat outside for 15 minutes with no apology, would not recommend! Why not just say you aren’t taking orders before you left us outside for 15 minutes pathetic

We visit every week when possible. Small coffee shop with farm shop which is well stocked. Food always good and staff always friendly and accommodating.

A new place for me, had coffee and cake, prices reasonable, but was closing early due to bank holiday, so couldn't have a good look around

Best breakfast in chesterfield, served promptly and efficiently. Nothing too much trouble, quality produce all cooked to perfection 😋 extremely good value for money and I would highly recommend 👍

I booked a table for eight of us for breakfast. Our group has a diverse range of dietary needs and this was dealt with efficiently from booking enquiry through to service. It was a welcome relief to feel confident that the staff fully understood the needs of our group and that the menu covered everyone’s dietary requirements.It was so nice to feel welcomed instead of awkward as has so often been the case for us.The cafe is clean and attractive, the staff couldn’t be nicer and the service was really good. Our order was taken quickly, the breakfasts arrived in good time and at the same time, which was impressive given that there were eight of us. I thoroughly enjoyed a delicious breakfast made with quality ingredients cooked well. We were able to pay separately without any fuss which rounded our experience off perfectly. I wish I lived near Highfield House Farm Cafe - I’d be there every week!

Thank you for preparing and cooking the most delicious and safe breakfast for me.I chose a gluten free bacon with egg sandwich with gf bread; the gf full english looked amazing too. The bacon was some of the most delicious I have tasted. It was also delightful to have loose leaf tea in a teapot.We were a group including coeliac, lactose free and vegetarian..... it wasn't a problem for the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I can thoroughly recommend Highfield House Farm Cafe to all.

Don't tell anyone but this is one of the best farm shops in Derbyshire. Their hot sausage rolls are fabulous. Their selection of cheeses is second to none. Their customer service is brilliant.Go next door to the cafe and a menu with everything you could fancy. Their milk shake was worth the trip out by its self. We always judge cafes by their tea. The appearance of a tea strainer arriving told us that they were using real tea leaves. Two decent cups of tea kept him happy.Try it even if you just want sausage rolls and a pot of tea, enjoy it.Just don't tell everyone it's our secret.
