Nandos in North East Derbyshire

I am new to the Chesterfield area. Me and my children was looking forward to a Nando’s before watching the Spider-Man movie.We was greeted and sat down at a table and then served by a young girl called Katie. To our surprise she was very rude to us and made our experience extremely uncomfortable we was unaware that you now follow a process of ordering food online, she was very rude and careless towards our service. She made my little boy cry because she scared him. I’m appalled by this behaviour from a member of staff. Katie should be very ashamed of herself and her service. She is the reason we will not be returning.Better staff next time Nando’s!

Best Nando's I have visited. The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The food is consistently good, very quick service . Love it.

Went for lunch with a friend, nice as we weren't rushed and sat for a couple of hours chatting, food came quick and how I asked for it .

Can't fault it really. It's what you would expect from a Nandos, good food, quick service and nice atmosphere. It's a great place to bring kids as you pay when you order so can get away quickly if needed and the food comes quickly too.

Like this Nando's, tables are well spaced, it's very child friendly and the staff are good. Food is asyou expect from Nando's hot and tasty. Ordering done via the app from your table.

Food was OK, the service from here is herendous, nobody came to the table once to ask if everything was OK with the food, and the place is absolutely filthy, could do with a massive deep cleanse.Nice to see you only get a response from the owner on here if you rate them 5 star's try addressing the issues with problems......

Amazing food and best service.

Let's be honest, you know what you're getting with Nandos and that's just great. I always order the same; a humous dip with pitta and then a grilled chicken wrap, which I always enjoy. My friend ordered the halloumi with chilli jam as a starter, and I have to say the jam is really nice.I gave 4 stars because my friend's wrap had the whole chicken breast in one half of the wrap and only salad in the other half! Mine was perfect though.I'm sure some people may struggle a little with the ordering as you do it through the app after scanning a code on the table. You need to have Google pay or similar set up on your phone for it to work. All younger people probably find it a doddle, but other groups, including myself, may find it a bit tricky. The staff are ready for such problems and will let you order in the old fashioned way if you are struggling, so don't let it put you off the Nandos experience!

Great choice of food and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.The restaurant was clean and the safety dividers are still in place which makes it feel a lot safer.The disabled toilet is easily accessible (it does have a radar lock) and clean.
